I use QT a lot. They are fast and efficient and I really appreciate the quick service, however the store in Overland Missouri on page Avenue is by far the worst store I’ve ever been in. The employees are rude and do not care about the customers. I’m in that area all the time and will avoid that store to drive another five or 6 miles to get to any other store that doesn’t treat their customers so poorly. Please have the district manager do something about it or close the store. It’s an embarrassment to your operation

Hallie and the blonde working lunch shift on 10/11 are rude and horrible the blonde straight up told me she wasn't going to cash me out because she was doing something else yet she seen me standing there so she just walked away. Just rude when all she had to do was cash me out and then she could have continued on doing what she was doing because she just cashed out a guy at the register right in front of me

I've had great service the last 4 months.It's a new crew however as I passed the young lady 4 scratches to redeem she proceeded to have a conversation with her co worker stating that. I don't have time for this lottery. You know how these people are! Young with glasses, she's new and doesn't seem to be a people person and you never know who's shopping in your establishment.Do better young people. We're definitely not obligated yo patronage your business when services are not up to par!

The kids wanted Ice cream ( so did I ?) but I didn't want to pay an arm & a leg for it so we stopped at QT Kitchens and ordered Shakes and Cones in a Cup ? We are a family of 6 and spent only $13 ? such a deal! The staff was amazing and friendly and the Shakes & Cones were delicious ? My Shake didn't make it to the car ??♀️?? They earned all 5 STARS ? ?
