Great addition to neighborhood, hooked the kitchen (grilled cheese, pizza, biscuit and croissant) every morning alone with my glazed donut and sugar free white chocolate cappuccino. Been ? since October at least now it's a HEALTHY ADDICTION ??

I can find snacks and drinks to get, along with hot food, gas, and some groceries. And the bathroom is clean.
