Talks about the customers in their language when you walk in the store as if Hispanic people are the only one's that understands Spanish..the manager Ben is the one that I observed doing it today..The little tiny short one..Last time I was there they were giving me false information about the products and services in hopes of selling me something that I really didn't want.It was one lie after another..Dishonest racist store and I will never shop to that location again and I just walked out without buying anything

Ben and Olivia did an outstanding job and were so helpful and made sure that my issue was addressed. They were even willing to stay 10 minutes after their normal working hours just to make sure that my issue is resolved. Such a hardworking and welcoming customer service!

I had a very lovely and seamless experience with Antonio when I came in to buy a new phone. I am so technologically illiterate that I need remedial training when I get a new phone. Antonio was very helpful and friendly and helped me port over all of my apps so I didn't have to spend 3 days using my old phone just trying to figure out how to get everything transferred over. I am very happy with Metro.

I was switching from a single boost mobile plan to a family plan with Metro. This location is the third metro pcs I went to today. The first one did not have any of the phones I wanted for the family plan. They suggested a different store for me to go and I went there and it seemed very busy and there was no parking. So I ended up at this one finally. I was greeted by Dianna and Hector. Two very nice people. I came here with my partner and my one year old son. My very energetic son was having fun and they were nice towards him and waving when he did. Hector and Dianna helped us pick out the phones and accessories we wanted and needed for a very affordable price. I feel these are honest people and they seem very knowledgeable about all of their products. It was time for a new phone and I am very happy with the one I ended up getting. Which is the LG Stylo 6, it's a very nice phone compared to my most recent phone which was the Coolpad legacy. The whole process took about an hour or so, which was nice. If you are a new customer to Metro , I highly suggest this store. Just know your account numbers and pins to to your current phone company because this makes it easier on everyone involved.
