Today at noon I went shopping at Marshalls in Overland Plaza, I bought clothes for my family, I went to this store as usual. I really like all their products, but this time something very unpleasant happened to me. I did my shopping and the next thing I knew, an African American woman named CHANEL was serving me at the checkout. She got upset or only when she saw that I'm Latina, her face changed. She made unpleasant faces and sighed impatiently. She grabbed my purchases in a bad way, the hooks made a lot of noise, I was afraid, she seemed upset, I never said anything to her at all times, I was friendly but she wasn't, in terms of language. I'm not that good and much less troublesome. I have never commented on this store because their products are very good but this time I don't even know that I want to return here... since it is not the first time that what has happened I just wanted to say that I felt discriminated against. because of my Latin origin and that is not the case. The workers were very friendly and my children loved their clothing options. This may be one of my favorite Marshall’s.

Marshalls in my opinion is an overpriced thrift store. You have to look through almost everything to find that ‘one thing’.

I like them. I always find a bargain and sometimes my shoe size..lol..BUT...they need to clean up the clearance section its a bit trashy and products have been used ..I should have paid attention to no seal an I got home and open to use to find a already big finger scoop embedded...I threw it out didn't cost much no lost, but overvall I still shop here..

I always find what I was looking for but now I was disappointed. The person who helped me at the checkout had a very bad character and treated me very badly. Realize and change the people who don't know how to treat customers.

Umm didn't know if the place was going out of business or what. Limited merchandise, the store was kind of cluttered. Team members were cool.
