“I am thrilled with my new tub/shower replacement. Our walls had tile that allows produced mold. It soooo nice that its all brand new and I love taking a bath in the new tub. I didnt realize that the new tub didnt have an incline for bathing making it uncomfortable but I resolved that with getting a bath pillow. There was an issue with the plumbing, a maintenance crew came out the next day an easily repaired it. The work crew was very polite and friendly, their working banter was nice. I could tell that they all really respected each other and valued others skills. Happy employees do good work.”

Don't forget to go downstairs as well and take your time looking around. Such high quality kitchen goods at reasonable prices. The service is top notch. I was in looking for Mason Cash bowls last week but didn't find the colors I wanted. A caring employee said they were expecting a huge shipment soon and would call me when it came in. Sure enough he called me last night and I was there first thing this morning and got exactly what I wanted. I am so pleased with my experience with this store today and always, and had to share! “I agree with the guy below-- everyone in St. Louis should know about Mwanzi, the gateway city's very own Green Building Supplier. As I am buying an older house, I've been exploring my options for renovations. Ideally, most of the work I do will be done with sustainable materials. Even at Lowe's, Home Depot and Lumber Liquidators, sustainable materials still carry a relatively hefty price tag, and for what? Some of the stuff is questionably sustainable, or less sustainable than another brand. After having my cabinets quoted, countertops quoted and floors quoted, I am confident that Mwanzi can give any of those discount suppliers a run for their money when it comes to sustainable materials. You can rest assured at that every bit of lumber is either reclaimed or Forest Stewardship Council certified. One of the neatest things that they do is to claim local, fallen timber from North St. Louis and have it milled into lumber for their very own cabinet line, "Greenhaus Cabinets". These cabinets are made right here in St. Louis of a number of different woods and appear to be made with the finest hardware and craftsmanship. I will be saving all I can to afford my Greenhaus Cabinets, but I will be incredibly glad that I did. The sheer variety of sustainable countertops and flooring offered at Mwanzi is nearly staggering. For countertops they have Cambria, Caesarstone, Bamboo Butcher block, Squak Mtn. Stone, Richlite and Paperstone. There are many many more options for flooring. I look forward to working with them on every home project I am able to afford. I highly recommend making an appointment to see their showroom (yes, the showroom is by appointment only). It is worth the trip!”

My suggestion would be to make a design appointment online instead of just walking in and hoping to be helped with a design.I picked out tile yesterday for a bathroom project with Bobbie. Very impressed with their customer service - She was very helpful and patient with me as I was figuring out my design! She spent over an hour with me and never made me feel rushed.I was able to buy all my tile and supplies in one visit. I was very impressed with the price and ease of the process. I saved about 50% going with floor and decor versus another local tile shop. I am hoping the product we pick up will reflect our good experience but so far highly recommend!”

“I have used Milford Supply Part Department several times over the years. Very knowledgeable and resourceful in finding replacement parts. The guy at the desk can identify any faucet type and find a fix for it. What lead to this review was the use of the front end of the shop. I needed a better door for our Steam Shower. They found a perfect door and did an outstanding installation, as shown in the picture. Very Happy!”

“A few years ago, we refreshed our kitchen with new countertops, appliances, sink, backsplash and cabinets. I noticed that the granite piece behind the stove had started to “sink” compromising the backsplash tile. Graniterra came out, moved the stove out, repaired the issue, repaired the grouting and backsplash, and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job and it looks brand spanking new. Best part it was covered by their lifetime warranty. I had used this company (different name), in 2000 for a previous kitchen remodel, and I was pleased with their work then too. Can’t say enough good things about them!!”
