New management has ran this shop into the ground. None of the "techs" at this shop are certified to do anything. No ASE, no state inspector's, no intoxalock installers. They buy cheap Ebay parts and charge almost a 300% mark up as if the parts were from the dealership. Charge a diagnostic fee even if you already know what the problem is. This is definitely an "equal opportunity shop". So if your a person that even thinks your a "mechanic" this is the place for you. They will hire anybody it seems.

Can’t say enough good things about the service here. Fixed a brake noise that had been driving me crazy on my vehicle that was ignored at a previous shop.

Don't go here. Go somewhere else. They in fact do not have the best prices around, you will be charged double what it would cost anywhere else. Not everything that is gold, glitters. As many customers have said "It is not what it once was." If you have trust issues with your vehicle, avoid this shop.

I went here to get a quote on a tire replacement on 9/15/23 and when I initially walked in one of the employees named Phil was helping an older A gentleman, he didn't acknowledge/greet me when I came in but I shrugged it off and sat down. 2 minutes later an older Caucasian gentleman walked in and he was immediately greeted by Phil as he was still assisting the first guy. Phil finishes helping first guy and then immediately asks second guy how he can help him. I let him finish helping second guy and when he asks me how he can help me I'm in complete disbelief. I asked him why he helped him before me and his response was "because he used to be the owner". I then tell him that I'm not sure if I want to give them my business and he says "fine you can leave, I don't have to help you". We exchanged a few more words and I left but that level of blatant racism was completely distasteful and l'II never return there.Hope this helps someone else that's thinking about giving this establishment their hard earned money.

Wow very impressive,Will not go to big name boys anymore.as is you brought you car in a a fleet of cars came in.. your kicked to the back of the line... Not good but Henry's.i awesome.! This business gave me that hometown feeling..was spot on with my car problem.as I had asked that other shop for the problem could be.its like chasing a rain drop.within a few minutes this Mechanic found out my problem.and I am just really pleased.
