I am flabbergasted. They delivered a defective refrigerator and told us we would need to endure repair service before they would come take it. Once repairs were exhausted and didn't work they finally agreed to refund the money and we purchased another model. When they delivered the replacement they would not take the defective one away! Neither Frigidaire nor Home Depot would help. After hours of effort I was disconnected by both agents who were on a conference call and both saying the other was responsible for removing the defective unit! We are elderly and now need to find some help and pay to have this removed! Awful horrible customer service!!! Beware!!!

B bought two cans of construction gap filler to finish a project. The project stretched on longer and more complex than originally planned. So, two years later, I fitted the valve, and aimed...and it wouldn't shut off! Managed to get some of the contents where it was needed but lost the majority in a pile on the floor. So I installed the valve on the second can and the whole thing exploded in my hand leaving a huge mess particularly on my hands. I took photos of the mess, returned to the store and the clerk blithely told me they don't guarantee anything over two years old...but thanks for coming in. So...bad product..li won't buy that again and unsatisfactory treatment from the store...I won't buy there again...Lowe's is nearby and my local hardware store is much more accommodating. But thanks anyway, Home Depot.

I knew there was a reason I didn't go to this Home Depot, it's the people there! They think you can't comprehend anything written on a piece of paper. Today 7/5)24 I went in for specific items, when inquiring about a certain item, I got an explanation I already knew, then to be followed and told about said items by the older gentleman following me, oh and then they waited outside to see if I was going to walk out with extension cords! Home Depot is getting worse in certain areas. I would not recommend this particular place if you're disabled, you will not get the service you deserve or for anyone that matters as far as a customer, go somewhere else.

Made the mistake of thinking to help a customer in line was the job of the check-out employee. Employee and a declared "manager" were having some kind of tense discussion with a long line waiting. When I asked to be taken care of (had a contractor waiting on an hourly rate), I was called "rude" and when I asked to talk to a General Manager, was told, there was none and "you can't tell us how to do our jobs." Pardon me, I thought checking out customers was the job. I'll go to Menards or Lowe's. Peace.

Neighborhood store. Huge , great workout regimen, put your walking shoes on and do your miles here. Plentiful parking, inventory available, clean clutter free environment. Staff understand there job and can actually assist you if you need help finding items. Reasonably priced.

I purchased a new Traeger Pro 575 grill on Saturday 4/15. Part of that the purchase was the offer of free assembly, and that the new grill would be available by Wednesday 4/19.I arrived to pick up my "new" grill, and instead they presented what was clearly an open box item. This store attempted to bait and switch my new grill with an open box item that was stored out side. How many other people have missed this switch and received "open box" in lieu of newly assembled? Sure, they gave me weak excuses that failed to understand how this undermined confidence and trust. Bottom line they lied, and when presented with the gravity of the deception they had nothing to offer but an apology and I could get the new one Tuesday. Then again, how do I know I will receive new one? Maybe they will just spit shine and clean another open box item. Buyer beware on these type of transactions at this store

I order double garden doors to be installed for my home, paid to have them installed, Home Depot has 3rd party installer. He came out and the doors are uneven. Raki the manager over the department could never be reached. Amy her person could not do anything without Raki. I sent her pictures, video and got no response for 3 weeks, RF construction sent the inspector out, was the same person who installed the doors. RF construction and Home depot decided that the damage to my patio door by the installer wasn't worth them doing anything because my video showed the patio door without damage and after the installer came out and put u the storm doors and there was damage couldn't of been their installer. Pictures don't lie, do not order anything from Overland, MO Home Depot, the warranty and service is worthless. Raki manger of windows and doors bill not help, Marc Buxton over installation will not help. There about selling and never following up on your satisfaction. Now there blaming the manufacturer. Stay away from this organization. Go to Lowes or Menards, I wish I had. My iPhone doesn't lie about dates and times , but they(Home Depot don't see that.

This location is much further than my usual STL Home Depot but I came here because my local Home Depot didn't have what I needed in stock. So I knew exactly what I needed to get but I just couldn't find it here! I asked the nearest Home Depot employee, tall white older man, if he could help me, he cheerfully said sure, and then does a spin and pulls the item from where it was hanging and hands it to me! I asked another worker, younger large African-American guy, if he could make a key for me. He's so cheerful, I almost thought he was being sarcastic, but he was great! The two female African-American workers at the register were also very helpful and friendly. I almost couldn't believe my luck!

Don't even bother if you're looking for Halloween. Their manager "decided not to do it" and jumped straight to Christmas.
