Friendly but definitely changing the atmosphere to have customers take care of repetitive work in shipping, especially returns. This reduces lines for the customers and workload for employees leaving them free to help customers who need extra attention leaving regulars to buzz in and out

I had to return a defective product by way of FedEx. I took the package to Walgreens who is an agent for FedEx. The lady took care of it right away. I wasn't there 5 min. Great service.
