“Home Sweet Home is an amazing to organization to coordinate a donation to. I wanted to donate my mattress and gave them a bit of tight deadline cause of my move. They were able to pick up my donation within my desired timeframe and communicated with me through every step of the donation process. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff who helped to schedule the pickup and the individuals who helped picked up my donation. Thank you and I really appreciate your organization's mission!”
“Thrive has helped me out in more way than one. They were a listening ear for me when I went through my pregnancy alone. I got great tips and tricks during my parent university class. I have developed great relationships with staff as well as other mothers. They help with supplies such as diapers and wipes when needed. I enjoy this program all around and I am glad that I found them and that they are always around to help

Seating available for all price ranges, including free seating (first come, first served) for those who are able to arrive early!The grounds outside the Muny are beautiful, and offer a great place to enjoy a "bring your own picnic" dinner prior to entering the venue. “Really great community arts studio with a wide range of classes in almost every medium. Great teachers and price point. Be aware that the website makes it very hard to find drawing classes, but they are offered. Can’t recommend the ceramics classes enough.”
“This place has so much space! Meeting room was comfortable with bar options. Basketball games going on in another section. Couches in the free spaces and comfortable chairs. Plenty of opportunities to contribute to the community posted along the way.”

“I've recently taken 3 "Tools 101" courses at Perennial, each led by the incredible Brad. He spends a lot of time ensuring that we all understand how to safely turn on and off and operate each tool (I did separate classes with the table saw, router, and power saws). He will walk you through the parts, how it works, do a demo, then set up each tool for the participants in the class to try, so you're getting real hands-on experience. His knowledge of these tools (and general woodworking, construction, and carpentry) is extensive, but he teaches in a way that won't go over your head, make you feel overwhelmed, or feel laborious. He's charming, inviting, welcomes any and all questions, makes you feel welcome whether you're a complete novice or have experience with the tools. Couldn't recommend these classes enough!”

“HavenHouse was truly our safe haven when visiting St Louis for a medical appointment. From the start, they were the best. Easy to make the reservation. Answered all questions when I called (and called back and back and back again!). They even called a couple of days before to confirm the reservation.Not only did they provide an affordable room, they treated one adult per room and children under 12 to the buffet breakfast and also gave us, free of charge, one meal (which we had as lunch) and snacks and drinks. To top it off, they allowed us to borrow a microwave and use their freezer! It truly was a saving grace and we wish they were in all states we visit for medical appointments as they made us feel cared for, like we had friends we could ask for help. Cannot thank them or recommend them enough.”
“The staff are incredibly helpful from the minute you walk in. There seems to be a great selection of outdoor camping gear, scout uniform materials, and pinewood derby kits. They are fully stocked! Was nice to browse through the options and read some of the handbooks. Reminds me of when I was back in Boy Scouts!”
“Today, I experienced the feeling of being welcomed with love. The two women that assisted my little boy and I were kind, patient, compassionate, generous, generous, and so much more. I'm 38 years old. I've lived in Saint Louis, MO. This was the first time I've experienced anything even close to how Jesus asked us to treat each other. I'm crying right now thinking about how sweet they were.
I rarely get out because I don't have transportation. It's hard to get anyone to take me anywhere. I've been stuck in my house for 2 months before, without anyone. This was the first time I've gotten to shop for clothes for myself in a physical store since I was in my late 20's I believe.
I met good people today. Even some customers! I wish life was like this more often, but I'm grateful to have experienced this.. this one time to know it's real.

“I truly enjoy the ymca and this location in particular. There is a strong sense of community here. My frustration is not getting into the classes. Body pump will fill up 5 minutes after opening. I am usually at work during this time making it difficult to sign up on time. This issue is not specific to this location and I would be happy to use the old weights if there was more space. It feels great to get into a routine and wish it was not difficult to get into the class. The y, especially South City, has high quality classes and is really a great place to be.”

“I have been going here recently to shop mushrooms and local produces but I noticed that most of the fruits like avocados , tangerines, banana, mangoes are not organic at all including onions and some other vegetables also them selling hybrid ginger instead of wild and locals one doesn’t sit nice. I thought this shop was all about organic and local produces . Lost one star for that cause overall I love this shop .”
“Duo is absolutely incredible! James is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with, and has taught our whole family so much about dog behavior and positive reinforcement which has set us up for success with all four of our dogs. We went through Touch Therapy training as well as basic obedience class, both of which were really educational and productive experiences. We have completed obedience at other organizations and it just does not compare - James has been very good about meeting our dogs’ individual needs and troubleshooting specific problems with us. We love being a Touch Therapy team and commend Duo for all the good they are contributing to the world with their trained service dogs as well as touch teams and well-trained companion animals. Excellent organization!”
