They squeezed me in and fixed the issue in a hurry while I waited. They kept me informed about the repair every step of the way. If your car is having issues or just need routine maintenance I highly recommend the Arnold Dobbs. The guys there are top notch!!!!”

“I was very greatful that I had a Dobbs so close to my home. The associate Mario went out of his way to take care of my tire issue. Which ending being 4 bolts in right front tire and 3 in the left front tire. Needless to say i have to replace both tires. But i had a tire warranty purchased when I bought my truck and Mario went out of his way to call the warranty company and turn in my claim for me. I know this is not probably routine for him to do but he knew I was in a bind because I had to be at work in an hour. I am very pleased with Dobbs but also very thankful to Mario for assisting me and my Mom (she ended up waiting on the work to be done while I went off to work.) He handled everything which took all the stress out of this big issue.”

“10 minutes into a 5 hour drive engine light came on a 44 passenger bus. Drove to the store front in Fenton where Steve, the manager, ensured to have a tech come out and run diagnostics. 2 hours later they had us fixed and on the road! Thanks to Steve, Chuck, and their team for accommodating us and getting us back on track for the trip. Great guys, great service. Highly recommend giving them a call.”

“I'm fairly new to the area and had a car break down on me over the weekend. I had to drop it somewhere and my neighbor recommended Nassar. I'm very glad he did! Even being swamped the first couple days of the week and me without an appointment, they worked me in for diagnostics. They EASILY could have done the repair and charged me for diagnostics and labor/materials. Instead, they called me and let me know what the problem was and that there was a factory recall for THAT specific part. They further went on to help me get it back on the road long enough to get it to the dealership to have the recall taken care of for free. All I owed them was a bit of diagnostic time.
