Usually in the past the workers have been helpful. The last few months have gone down hill quickly. Today I pretty much got treated like a criminal because a bag of chips didn't scan while I was still holding them. The machine stopped and a man came over and replayed me scanning several times. I asked what he was doing and if he could just clear the machine. After asking me several questions that didn't make sense he said I'm just trying to figure it out ma'am. If your going to start treating your customers like this TAKE AWAY THE YOU SCAN! Its not right that you have people babysitting us while we check out then make you feel so humiliated and frustrated on purpose. On top of that he was rude which didn't help me not get rude. I asked him if he wanted to scan my cart for me since he wouldn't leave my side. He rolled his eyes and then stood two feet behind me instead. Until I left I publicly looked like a theif over a 2$ bag of chips. It's embarrassing for us and you.

This store seems to go through ups and downs. Here lately there Is no warnings saying cash or card only. The past two time I have brought my son in there the machine said I was stealing. After then counting my items mid checkout process the problem was resolved. It seems the only option is false accusations or three time longer for a partially disabled 1000 hour employee.

To be honest, I love pick up because I have a seven month old and an 18 month old. However, be warned. I have had really bad experiences with meat. They sold us beef bone in ribs that were only a day away from needing to be used or froze and typically this kind of meat would be discounted for in-store shoppers but we paid full price, almost 40 dollars for two packs and the color was off. We also ordered lunch meat and there was a tear in the side of the bag. I didn't notice it and I started to prepare food with this lunch meat. Then I saw the hole and I smelled the meat and it was completely rotten. We also ordered a cheesecake and it had gray smudged on the sides of it. It's best if used by date was only 3 days away. It looked like ash. We can't tell if it's going bad or if it was dropped or if someone got cigarette ash on it. Very appalling. So anything that you would get fresh, like dairy, meat and produce, never order online for pick up. They will give you what is about to go bad or already bad and you will pay full price. And NEVER order meat. My heavens! We also ordered two packs of bacon. One pack was air tight and fine, the other pack of bacon had air in it and the bacon was brown. Now we have to get all of this sorted out and it's ridiculous. We also have had a terrible experience with ordering food to ship to our door when out of stock. It'll be stale or the packaging ripped. Just don't do it... The service is plenty good. I love the people. The quality of food is horrible. Not ok.

Lots more options then the Eldon location, and the shelves are always stocked. Very good at rotating stock too in their grocery section.

Almost all self check out. No interaction with the customer. Seen few items in produce and grocery shelves items that did not match shelf price. But sure did make the shelves full. Very busy
