Produce from Walmart will only last the trip home. Meal Planning is difficult when the produce turns bad by day two. Now, add this to it....washing and cutting bell peppers and found this. Yes it's alive.. If it's at this Walmart, it's in all of them. If you are not a produce washer...you should start today. Seriously. Big box stores loose quality for greed. Sadly, it's their bottom line, not yours.

I was in need of a shipping box that would accommodate a roll of wallpaper and needed a lengthy cylinder type box. I explained to the rep at the photo section, Betty, what I needed and asked if they sold those types of boxes. She confirmed they did not. However, she asked me to hold on for a second and she went to the back.....only to come back with a fishing rod box that was absolutely perfect for my shipment. (Keep in mind, I didn't need a new box.) She went above and beyond. Most employees would say they were sorry and move on but she took the time and effort to help me! This type of employee is rare! This Walmart has all the basics+ for while you're at the lake. It's right in Osage Beach near all of the other retail. It's much closer to Horseshoe Bend than KK.

This Walmart may save you money but there is little customer service or do they care about customers. The last two times I have been there there has only been the self check out open and even then it's been hard to get in. Some of the staff is rude to customers and their own co workers. I will be going to either Dierbergs or Hy Vee until they change their attitude. Also could put mangers at checkout instead of standing around.

This does not reflect the store in st roberts. But I ordered 2 ps5 from Walmart through supply experts wholesale. This place is a scam. I'm so upset these were supposed to be Christmas presents and all I received was a piece of paper. I've been tossed around between fedex, Walmart and affirm because I financed through them since we just moved state and trying I'm to get this refunded so that I can purchase actual ps5. This is completely ridiculous and I'm beyond mad. No one at Walmart seems to care and all I want are the ps5 for my sons. Walmart needs to be held accountable for supply experts wholesale and should make this right. I live in a town where Walmart is the only store and I'm going to start driving to the next town just to avoid Walmart if this is how they are going to treat their customers. You would think with it being such a large company they would be willing / able to assist when something like this happens. It's Walmarts fault that this is happening they are allowing this company to sell on their website.

When traveling through, while camping along the way, my boyfriend and I stopped into this Walmart Supercenter to purchase a new tent as well as a couple of oversized camping chairs. We were disappointed to find out that they were sold out of everything we were looking for. Their whole camping section looked pretty bare and picked over, along with some of the other sections of the store as while. It was as if nothing had been restocked in a while. We left soon thereafter without buying anything. For a Walmart Superstore, this was a disappointing experience.

Never seen a store with so many self checkout spots and just a few real checkouts, it was shocking and actually appalling. The line took forever and not even all the self checkouts were being used. You had to wait for someone to let you in the area and point you to a machine. Who wants to self checkout a big cart full of groceries?? They are fine for a few items, but I've never seen a store like this where they literally only have maybe 3 or 4 lanes that are full service, and they are tiny conveyors, not normal aisles, and only ONE was open. I do not expect to have to be forced to self check, as I am not an employee, I am a customer. This is just rude and absurd. No cigarette aisle anymore. Whoever came up with this idea needs to be fired!!

I live in the Osage Beach area and this Walmart store is the worst since they moved their checkout procedures to mostly self check. They have around 6 traditional checkouts but with very small grocery belts so stacking items is very difficult. Also they normally only have 2 of these lanes open at one time. Add to this the store is in constant disarray with stocking boxes in the isles. Worst Walmart I have ever visited. I recommend you take a look at Hy-Vee.

They have the worst customer service and also DON'T work with employees on their schedule needs, they have gone down hill in the last few years with management, avoid them with all cost.

This review is for their grocery pickup! Driving down from Iowa with two kiddos in tow, I can think of nothing worse than stopping to grocery shop in a unfamiliar store for the vacation essentials. Luckily, WalMart has my back with a super easy ordering and pickup system. I ordered online before we piled in the car, and setup delivery between 3-4P. We got there right at 3, and followed the abundant signage to the pickup spots. We called the number listed and was out of there in ten minutes flat, even with this location being super busy that particular time and day. We got to the resort, got checked in and had a stocked fridge and pantry. Vacation started hassle free thanks to WalMart Grocery Pickup. And this particular location was prompt, professional and got me everything I needed!

Better than average Wal-Mart, with very friendly people. We went late night and found nothing but helpful people, who were very jovial and happy to interact with us. No one was cursing, complaining, being vulgar or looked like they were going to rob us. Makes me realize how BAD the Wal-Marts in St. Louis have become. Keep it up Osage Wal-Mart!!!

This review is for the TIRE DEPT. ONLY!! This is the only place I will go to for tires and service. Walmart is infamous for rude and low grade customer service, but in this department, that does is certainly not the case. I came in one more morning to get air in my tires, because I wasn't sure how to do it. I had been there a couple of times before and the staff was always helpful and knowledgeable. This time around, I had gotten two new tires in the Jeff City Walmart, but living in Osage Beach, I thought it wise to get air at that store before I went to work. Please know that my two new tires at the Walmart in Jeff City were ordered by the most unprofessional, ghetto female I've ever had the displeasure to meet. I asked her to make sure that the tires from the back were moved to the front and the new ones put in the rear. Fast forward to the Osage Beach tire department, and as Miss Deborah is putting air in my front tires, she exclaims "Oh my God, your tires are so bald, the metal is showing through, look!" She made me get down on my butt and feel it with my own hands. I could NOT believe it. When I had asked those obviously unprofessional, unknowledgeable people at the Jeff City store to change my tires, they must have seen the same thing, and no one said a word. I drive for a living, all day long sometimes, have five grandchildren whom I love dearly and parents and husband who would miss me if I was dead. And I would've been dead as a door nail if I had blown one of those crappy tires on the windy, dark, slick roads I drive on all day. Because this lovely woman took the time to really look at my tires and educate me on how dangerous a situation I was in, I know for a fact that she saved my life. No kidding, she saved my life. Those cashiers inside might be the worst of the worst, but the morning staff in the tire department are FREAKING AWESOME!!

Do not buy glasses here. They will tell you one price and charge you another. Check your insurance and shop around. They have the highest prices. Their staff will try to steer you to more expensive options. I still have a dirty feeling about this place. I was warned and I should have listened. Never again.

In town for a four day weekend getaway from the KC area. Made a stop about 5pm (Rainey cold night) to get a few things came out and totally flat tire. Went to the Tire & Oil Express and Doris told us it would be 2.5 hours. We had no choice. Well Kimberley kept us entertained. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable young lady. Finally Danny got to our car at 8pm. He was one of two technicians on staff!!!! Not enough. Our service was fine and the people awesome, it's just shame on you Walmart for not having at least one more person to help!!!! Thanks Kimberley and Danny, you both rock. P.S.
