Most of the workers here are pretty nice but the owner is not! She is quite rude and disrespectful! Would highly suggest going somewhere else! This review has nothing to do with Amazon!! Apparently a bot answers the reviews on here!

Worst customer service. Dont go here. It tough to find another place but would recommend doing so if you can. Justifying how a customer is treated only verifies what I said. The rudeness and the way THE OWNER talks to people is ridiculous and I will NEVER go to this location. The one in Jefferson City provides way better customer service, is closer to me anyway.

The owner and her son Phillip were amazing. I needed several large copies that presented some challenges, but they met my needs and we’re super helpful. I highly recommend them for all of your printing needs.

The UPS store in Osage Beach, Missouri is a friendly place to go. I seem to get one or two of the same employees each time and they always greet me with a hello. How is your day and end my visit with have a great afternoon. They are very efficient. They make the line go fast if there is a line. Today my visit on Halloween I was the first one in the door and I was out of there within five minutes and I had three packages being processed.
