“LOTO USPS is by far one of the best post offices I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Irma is a sweetheart and such a friendly person to work with. It was not unusual for her notice me drive up in the parking lot, and then have my mail out of my PO Box and already on the counter before I walked through the door! She is the definition of world class both both as a federal employee, and a human being. I feel blessed to know her. I’ve had a need to reach out to postmaster Margie a few times. She is also very kind, a good listener, and will do whatever she can to overcome any issues that may arise. Postmaster Marjie will even pick up the phone a week later and follow up with you to make sure that all issues have been resolved. It does not get better than this, people.”
