This is one of my favorite Ross stores. Not only is the selection incredible, but the staff is also outstanding. I lost a pair of sunglasses there. I had forgotten about it until I went back about six weeks later. I was pretty amazed when the staff remembered me and still had my sunglasses. Customer service A++
