Recently. I took my Ford F-250 in to Parkway Plaza Tire in Osage Beach. They installed four new BF Goodrich Commercial TA 10 ply tires on my truck. They did an excellent job. A good balance (with no vibration) and got me in and out quick. James at the service counter is friendly and will treat you well. Thank You! BTW, I love my BFG tires.

If I could rate this Excellent or Amazing I definitely would!James is Amazing. Knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough, kind, caring, (if I could go on and on I would) and HONEST!!!I have been going there since moving to Osage Beach 6 years ago and they never disappoint.If you have any need for tires or service this is the place to go. Fair/competitive pricing, way above any bar for service and they will not steer you wrong.Definitely will always be my go to!

Very disappointed in the service at this shop. I was from out of town and my car would not start. Had to get towed to this shop. All seemed well until I got back home and took it to my usual repair shop where I was told the cap to my battery was missing, they used zip ties to keep it in place, and they lost clips so they bent pieces of metal to make shift new ones. My car was in this shop for a grand total of about 3 hours, so I am unsure how so many this got lost/messed up.The only reason I am giving a second star is because the employee at the front desk was very kind and informative while we were there.
