The mall is big and vast, most of the stores are permanently closed.
Left over shops are too expensive... doesn't look like traditional outlet mall.

Its sad to see it going downhill ----- have a base rent but have the rent you want and get it by a percentage of sales to make it up if its slow a base rent doing great getvyour full ricevrent--- keep people in the buildings and any cost or just doze it all down them empty buildings putting money in your pockets

It's so sad to see it's decline. Used to be my favorite place to shop.

We drive 50 miles to the on line advertised Calvin Klein store. It was closed. The whole place was like a ghost town.

Disappointed. Very little stores left. Not worth the trip or the gas to go there. You would have better luck in Springfield or Saint Louis.

Very tired outlet. It seemed like 90% of the storefronts are empty.

Once a jewel of Osage Beach and Lake of the Ozarks, this large outlet mall has fallen into disrepair and few shops. Seems the whole area is going back to the little boutiques, t-shirt shops and tourist traps. Still plenty of fine dinning left, but not much else. The heydays of Osage Beach are gone.
