The mall is big and vast, most of the stores are permanently closed. Left over shops are too expensive... doesn't look like traditional outlet mall.

Its sad to see it going downhill ----- have a base rent but have the rent you want and get it by a percentage of sales to make it up if its slow a base rent doing great getvyour full ricevrent--- keep people in the buildings and any cost or just doze it all down them empty buildings putting money in your pockets
