“My phone stopped charging, so I brought my phone in expecting to have a costly repair, best case scenario, or needing to replace my phone, worst case scenario. Kevin took one look, told me there was debris in my charging port, cleaned it, and sent me on my way, without charging me anything for the service. He was friendly and knowledgeable. His workspace and store are very clean and organized. Next time I need something repaired, I will be back! I’ll happily recommend him to my friends, as well.”

“I was having major service issues with my current provider and was paying a lot more than I should be, so I went to the Spectrum store to switch over to their service. Kenneth helped get me a really good deal that went with my internet that I already had through them, got an unnecessary tv streaming charge removed for me that no one else has been able to help with, and got me a much cheaper monthly phone bill. I only spent like 20 minutes in the store and he did all that, plus got my phone number transferred too. He really made the whole process seem much easier than I was anticipating :)”
