Gentleman behind the desk was very rude as soon as I walked in he was unwilling to help figure out a solution to the problem… booked online and said available when I got there he told me it was not… didn’t refer me anywhere just said rudely I can’t help you… rented from a place in camdenton that was much more helpful never go here very rude

I didn't ask how they came up with the name for their business, but the man operating it is their best asset. He's friendly, he can multi-task, and he's very thorough.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the "owner" as he calls himself, is a grumpy, unprofessional, and over all retired individual. The amount of misunderstandings this gentleman caused today were ridiculous. He was aggressive, used profanity, and then attempted to puff his chest at a customer this afternoon. Claiming, "he doesn't get paid to check things in". Then maybe you shouldn't have a business there LESLEY! Corporate was called and complaints have been filed. Did I mention the whole interaction was recorded? Save your time and piece of mind that you won't be disrespected and take your rental to a different location.

Excellent place to rent a U-Haul! Les, the owner, is always friendly and great to work with. He goes out of his way to ensure his customers are taken care of. I wish more businesses operated like this.

Wonderful service! When we needed a truck with a trailer to go pick up our new ride on lawnmower. Les had what we needed and had it all set up for us when we arrived.Such a friendly and professional location, we will definitely be using This location for any future rental needs.
