We ordered kitchen cabinets from the Osage Beach, MO store. We received a call saying we could come pick them up when we got to the store we were told one of the cabinets was sold to another customer and they didn't have any more in stock. They couldn't order another one because it was a stock item and they would auto restock it so we just had to wait until it came in. We also were ordering our countertop through them and were given a quote based on the cabinets we had. They sent out a company by the name of Kitchen Craft to do an exact measurement. When the came out and measured we were told the new price was double the original quote by Joel Schendel the salesman at Lowes who was coordinating this. We said that was out of our budget and didn't want to order the countertop. We were then told that we would be charged a template fee for them measuring, but they couldn't tell us the exact fee. We called the company that measured and she said she didn't know what fee Lowes charged for that. If the salesman would have calculated accurately in the first place we would not have went ahead with the countertop at all. We knew it could have been off a little bit, but not double the original quote. Very disappointed in the way this whole situation was handled.

Generally like Lowes. Never ever ever take their come on for a Lowes credit card. Its a scam. I spent 2 totally ridiculous hours trying to make a return and sub purchase. i don't wish to relive the shitstorm experience but with no manager in duty, no way for undertrained staff to override their arcane computer system. Obvious problem is untrained and underpaid store clerks. Other oddity is I chose 3 different display model bath sinks. They were out of all 3 and told had been for some time. They could not order one. no other lowes had them. So why have them displayed with BS sale prices??? and for the kicker... I generously offered to pay the full price for the displays "We cant sell a display". Well what happens to them? " I think we throw them away". Oh if the CEO of lowes or stockholders only had a clue.

Why offer curbside pickup if you don't want to service the customers. After calling and getting put on hold ( after saying we are here for curbside pickup) abruptly , the same short tempered older woman picked up again and curtly put us back on hold. After 15 minutes my husband finally went in to pick up our items. The same employee was at the desk and no surprise, she was just as rude in person! Either move her where she doesn't deal with customers or do away with curbside and in store pickup. Gotta say Home Depot customer service beats Lowe's customer service hands down!This review addresses online curbside and in store pickup not the rest of the store or employees.

Ordered counter tops from here. It's been almost a month, have heard nothing. I've called twice to have someone tell me they would check and call me back. Crickets- still nothing! Worst customer experience ever! I hope this is not a sign at how poor the customers service is at the lake.
