Your bathrooms are wonderful as well. My husband I have never seen cleaner bathrooms in a gas station!

Stoped in to this Station while on a long trip, customers were at the counter and it was nice to hear the friendliness from the cashier. It’s rear these days. As I walked into the bathrooms I couldn’t believe how clean it was. Some bathrooms are usable while traveling over the road but this bathroom was spotless! No nasty odors, or mystery spots? As I walked out the door the cashier was busy so I didn’t mention it to him. But as I got down the road realized I had sat my phone down so went back and by then the crowd had died down and I’m glad it did so I had the opportunity to tell the cashier Michael that it was very appreciated to walk into a clean bathroom. While on the road you often become desperate and not only did his friendly engagement with customers make this place welcoming but the cleanliness of the whole store made it a great experience! Will make this a normal stop!!

Tell your employees at Osage Beach to stop wearing gloves and utilize the scanner gun. I mean really??? She touched the woman’s soda then mine with the same gloves? That is 100% cross contamination. While trying to lecture another employee how to place pizza boxes in the warmer and how she put them in “now everyone is going to touch all the boxes to pick their pizza.” Then at the same moment this lady wanted to bring up the virus to me and then degrade our hospital by stating, “wouldn’t take my dog there.” As IM ON THE WAY TO A 36 WEEK BABY APPOINTMENT. Oh and trying to tell people the virus is airborne. She probably needs to stop talking and educate herself as she is bad rep for you!! Get rid of this lady!!!!! Someone else deserves her position who won’t act and talk trashy.

Every time I visit this gas station the staff is friendly and welcoming no matter who is working!! You can tell the management cares who they hire and how their customers are treated. It’s the only gas station I use!

Empty areas in cooler and of course it is items I would like to purchase. This has been going on for months. The store manager keeps saying he will get it fixed and nothing happens.

This place used to be 4 star but with all the items they are out of stock on and the negligent attitude of the store manager they currently get only 1 star.

I bought gas here, and everything was as expected except my reciept was blank. The paper appeared to be upside down. I was provided a reciept inside without a significant wait.
