Cove Road Storage was quite convenient for us when we needed some storage space during our recent renovation. The units are located about 1/2 mile from our home. The prices were fairly reasonable, compared to other storage places. They are quite convenient to rent online. Payments can also be made online. They have units of several different sizes available (15'x10'x9', 20'x10'x9', & 50'x20'x16'). The units are pretty standard with roll-up garage door entrances. You supply your own locks and the doors seem reasonably secure. As far as we could tell, the units stayed entirely dry over the course of 6 months. They were not free of dust and dirt, however. The main issue for me was that the entrance drive takes a steep dropoff from Cove Road in such a way that our vehicles would invariably bottom out in trying to get to the units. This included our Chrysler Pacifica van, which I feel has reasonably good clearance. Basically, we could never use the main entrance to get to our storage units. Fortunately, there was a back gravel road that served as a second entrance, that we were able to use, though it was quite rough. I get the impression they intend to build more units in this area. If you have a truck with high clearance or a 4x4 or similar, then this probably won't be an issue for you. We had rented two units. We cleared out the first unit a little over a month ago, and the second unit just this past week. On the positive side, although I had paid my last month in advance on one of the units, they called me up to say that they were refunding that money since I had requested to close out the rental. That was appreciated.
