We have a 2015 Manitou tritoon we bought brand new from a dealer that is no longer in business. A few weeks ago our Evinrude motor decided to not start. Big Thunder Marina was able to work us in and within a week they had diagnosed, fixed and fully serviced. They did a fantastic job and I will be back for regular maintenance.

We stopped in today for a wake board for the kids. The guys were great to answer all of our questions and get us set up with the best option for our littles. Then answered all of our questions about wake surfing, so we bought one of those boards too. From hats, to swim suits, to board to life jackets, this store has and excellent selection is all of the things.

Chad their salesmen is one of the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with. If I ever have a question about my MasterCraft or jet skis he is very responsive. Whether it’s Christmas or a nice Friday, i don’t even have to wait 5 minutes for a response. Top notch guy there

Blake was really informative and help us select the boat the was right for us. Pretty low pressure. Blake was also very responsive after the sale to answer questions that came up during the first few times we used the boat.

Big Thunder is GREAT. From sales (Blake Kelly is the best), to the followup and follow thru was nothing short of outstanding. We have purchased 3 boats from Blake and Big Thunder. The follow up is terrific, service department is great and paper work with Barb was easy and thorough. Lot's of unique ideas.We recommend them 100%.

Purchased a new 2022 Mastercraft X26 that was on the lot in October of 2021. It is now May 25th 2022 and they still don’t have my boat ready to put in the water. Salesman was great but not sure why service takes over 8 months to get boat ready for delivery. Didn’t take 8 months to cash my check…..just saying. ?

At your next employee meeting, maybe stress that if your salesmen are texting prospective buyers, to make sure if they are going to talk negatively about said prospective buyer that it doesn't accidentally get sent to prospective buyer.
