An excellent location for full array of UPS services. Clean, bright, efficient, and very professional. Amazon Returns are super easy here. The staff is stellar and turnover seems very low. So grateful this UPS Store is in our neighborhood. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Owner Scott Campbell is so rude every time I go in there, he always finds something wrong with what I am returning to Amazon etc.
He is full of scorning questions about my return and how it is packaged. He acts as if he owns Amazon. Very Rude!! He treats you like you are trying to get away with something...
Today I had enough of his ridiculous questions and gave him a piece of my mind. Of course, he acted like I was the crazy person in the situation.
Campbell, I notice you comment on the customer that gives good comments, but never on the dissatisfied customer. You’re a piece of work to say the least!

Do not drop packages off here they will lose it. Employees are useless and no help at all. Everyone acts so clueless and delirious. Instead of searching the store and assisting to find my package that THEY LOST, they insisted that the worker I handed my package to on 2/21 was “deaf” and misplaced it. Please tell me how that works ?? Totally unacceptable, a package worth over 250$ and nobody has any answers except a “deaf” lady misplaced my order. Staff did not offer reimbursement , no walk around the store to double check to see if the package was there , not even a sorry. NOTHING about this UPS is about delivering world-class service, PLEASEEEEEEE STAYYY AS FARRRRRR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE IF U WANT YOUR PACKAGES TO ARRIVE TO THIER DESTINATION! Or at least find a location that’s willing to ensure that your item gets delivered. Sadly nobody at this location, so I advise you try somewhere else.

Went to this UPS with a label that I couldn't scan at another store and the clerk punch the numbers in and sent me on my way with a smile another location wanted to charge me $2 for each price and .25 to email. Thank you for your extra effort
