We did a summer camp there, and our kid was hooked. The staff are patient and kind, and have helped spark a music interest in our kid, so we're now in music lessons weekly. It also helps that it's a cool place! Highly recommend.

My son LOVED St. Louis School of Rock on Baur Blvd. He thought the instructors "were great" and the girls at the front desk were "really nice".I thought the pricing was reasonable, and the business owner, Jared, very professional and personable. My son was offered a marvelous opportunity to counsel at a church camp. Since the opportunity was offered to my son, he unfortunately had to miss a week of the StL Rock School camp. Jared graciously allowed a discount for the week my son was going to be missing.We ?LOVE? St. Louis School of Rock on Baur Blvd.!?Having said that, the street is in desperate need of repair though. St. Louis County division of Streets & Maintenance said the street is privately owned by all the building owners on Baur. :(

This camp has a fantastic program with amazing staff. Our son learned so much and we are going to continue lessons. If you have a musically inclined child I can’t recommend this camp or it’s staff enough. Especially Trish, Devin, Taylor , Dean and Keith.

The place itself is great and my son loves it here however they don’t do very well with communication. We went to the initial trial lesson and it went great. We decided to give Kidzrock a go to give our son more options with other instruments and it took weeks to get a response about signing him up. Finally, we got in to try the class out. That class also went great and the instructor was awesome. After that class, we gave them our contact information and told them we would love to come every Saturday. They never contacted us to sign up. My sons dad and I have both called multiple times to get him signed up for every Saturday and they don’t answer or call back. My son keeps asking about it so I suppose we’ll try School of Rock.

I’ve been a student at STL Rock School for close to ten years and I can’t recommend it enough. Over the years, I’ve been able to build incredible relationships with other talented students and instructors alike. I can safely say that being a part of STL Rock School bands and lessons has made me the person I am today.

Jared is super nice, enthusiastic and welcoming! I am learning guitar and Julie is so amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable, an amazing player, and a phenomenal teacher! I recommend STL Rock School to anyone serious about learning an instrument!

My daughters taken lessons at many different places and I have to say she has grown the most at STL Rock School. The staff and owner are great, professional and know how to help kids be the best they can be! Best place in St. Louis for music and bands!!

The owner really cares about the kids, and obviously loves his job. The staff are all amazing. Whether you want to learn how to play an instrument (at any age) or want to learn how to rock, this place is great. I cannot recommend it enough!

We’ve been going to Stl Rock way before that was even the name! My kids started out when they were in preschool and we are still rocking out but these days it seems like we are jamming with family! The staff and owners are extremely friendly, helpful and professional while still having fun! They’ve even gone virtual during some of the tough times during Corna virus! If your kids love music then they will absolutely love Stl Rock!

My two sons did a two week camp at STL Rock School and we're planning on doing a one week camp later this month. One played drums and one did piano. They had almost no experience going in. They are much improved and more importantly really enjoyed the camp. They loved their teacher, Devon. With COVID being a concern, they kept the students in groups of 4-5, did lots of sanitizing, and everyone wore masks all day. They had a concert on the last day in the parking lot that was cool for the kids to experience.We'll be looking to get the boys scheduled during the school year for afternoon lessons and/or return next summer for another camp.
