Rachel is exceptionally responsive. And unfortunately I'm a bit demanding as I have kids constantly moving in and out of my home. I seem to have to update my policy more than most and I never hear a complaint. I can contact Rachel via phone, email, or text and I always get a response within 12-24 hours.

The Rachel Williams State Farm agency was our home and auto carrier for several years. We never heard from Rachel after leaving her messages; the other staff did all the follow ups. We had significant hail damage from a recent storm and asked the agency to help us. They denied our home claim, even though we had a leaking roof, and ended up dropping us even the carrier did not pay anything to help us. We have since went with an insurance broker, and apparently this is State Farm's approach to other customers if any claims are made, to simply drop customers.

Every time I call they are so helpful and amazing to work with and answer all my questions and If they can’t they figure it out and call me back quickly! Brent is truly wonderful and a hard worker and cares about his clients!!
