“Idk how so many people have had bad experiences here. Every time I've been, there, they are friendly as can be. I sell lots of things online, so I am frequently there. They are always friendly, professional, and extremely fast. The line could have 10 people, and I'd still be in and out in under five minutes. I love using them. They've never lost or misplaced any of my packages.”

“I want to give a positive to this facility. I was expecting a delivery of an important item yesterday for my business. Tracking said my mailbox was unaccessible (even though I had received mail yesterday and today.) I went to the post office to inquire about it. The supervisor called me and said it may have been mis-delivered.. At 8:30 PM, my mail person (who I believe is new) showed up at my home with my item. I greatly appreciate the fact that my mail person would come back with my item on a Friday night at 8:30 PM. I understand they are changing things up here and mistakes happen, but this location and its personnel went out of their way to get my item to me. It's great to see people who still care.
