They got my vehicle in the day after I made the appointment, fixed my brakes and AC and had it finished by the end of day and the price was less than they quoted me and about 1/3 of what I had expected to pay for the service.

Yesterday I took my car in for a loose battery cable and a driver side door that was not closing properly. Firestone wouldn't even look at the car without charging me $100 and then $$X to actually fix it. The desk guy said they would have to take the whole door apart to find the problem. And with the battery, even though I told him it was just a loose cable, he said it was impossible for them to just fix it. They had to charge me $100 first. He treated me like garbage the whole time we spoke and so I left.Today I went to Franklin Specialist in Clifton Heights who said the problems were very simple and that they could fix them on the spot in 5 minutes no charge. The difference between a kind mechanic and this soulless corporate chain are night and day. Don't waste your money at Firestone.

Keisha was very professional, quick and efficient at getting me checked in and out of my appointment. She gave me an accurate time in which my vehicle would be done and was able to email me both the estimate and final bill.

The customer service was great! The technician worked on my car promptly and sufficiently! The team communicated with one another great. The location in Olivette is all around awesome!! I went in for an oil change and waited there for my car I didn’t make an appointment. I was there for about a hour which I don’t think is bad considering no appointment.

Thank you James and crew at Firestone. In town looking for houses to relocate. First thing metal in our tire made it to Firestone, they were able to repair the tire and get us on the road. Courteous and knowledgeable staff, will definitely be back when we need a new set of tires.
