Absolutely fabulous store! I never see store assistants talking on cell phones, holding private conversations with nonemployees or wasting time. Everytime I come, they are stocking, clearing, adjusting, working! Great place to meet your pharmaceutical and other item needs!

The pharmacy team is AMAZING, they are patient, kind and responsible. Especially George who is extremely nice and made sure my medication is filled despite some system issue. Gia and Danielle are both very kind and easy to work with. Great job!

I called CVS to have a prescription transferred from the st Charles store to them because St Charles couldn't bother to communicate Anything to me about my Rx and told me to have it pulled from another CVS. A week later after they told me they'd pull it and text me when it's ready I had to call to find out why it's not ready only for them to tell me they couldn't pull it bc st Charles sent it somewhere but they didn't know where! No text, no call, nothing. CVS pharmacy St Charles and Olive area an absolute disgrace!!! 11 data I've been chasing down my prescribed medications with zero communication from either!

The cashier was extremely rude. I asked about sani wipes for my hands. She sent me to the wrong aisle. I asked two people in the pharmacy and they were clueless. They sent me back to the cashier who was then in a personal call.

The staff at the pharmacy is outstanding! Shout out to Erica who always takes time to give me information concerning my medication and she is always encouraging and caring. Each and everyone of them are helpful and patient.

Pharmacy all very rude and unprofessional “the licensed pharmacist” on site is a complete bully and her staff are no better. They are slow and don't process doctors orders / subscriptions or anything when they say they will and show no remorse for making huge mistakes terrible place

Due to this location you would think the pharmacy is top tier. It’s not. The staff is rude first time I thought maybe the pharmacist was upset that day, but then I visited again 2 more times with didn’t pharmacist and experienced the same thing. I’ve decided I will stop sending my prescription to this location and go to Walgreens instead. I don’t know the issue but there need to be a manager put into place that can assist with their staff attitude. It’s completely unwelcoming and unfair to sickly patients.

I wish I could rate this location as a ZERO. I have used CVS for decades but in IL, IN, MI, OH, and now MO. This location is the worst ever. While I understand you may be understaffed, you should not work with the public if you can't provide the technical expertise and customer service. The tech with the red braids wanted to make excuses when she said, "we are busy". I just got out of the hospital and and came by at 4 ish and was told to come back at 7. I came back at 7:35. The red braid girl ( due to lack of professionalism) was combative. This is not the first time I had an issue with being disrespected. Don't call the pharmacy because they don't answer the phone.

Went in here to get one of my prescriptions filled since my regular pharmacy hasn't had it for 3 days now. I asked the pharmacist did they have it available...mind you it was just for my Glucose meters... She said yes but since I'm not a regular it would be 3 to 4 hours .... Unexceptional she was rude. I Left Walgreens because of there high prices and nothing ever being available and there poor customer service... now I do Love CVS in Brentwood in Target they have the best customer service but to go into another one and get treated like I'm nothing is wrong
