Pharmacy all very rude and unprofessional “the licensed pharmacist” on site is a complete bully and her staff are no better. They are slow and don't process doctors orders / subscriptions or anything when they say they will and show no remorse for making huge mistakes terrible place

Due to this location you would think the pharmacy is top tier. It’s not. The staff is rude first time I thought maybe the pharmacist was upset that day, but then I visited again 2 more times with didn’t pharmacist and experienced the same thing. I’ve decided I will stop sending my prescription to this location and go to Walgreens instead. I don’t know the issue but there need to be a manager put into place that can assist with their staff attitude. It’s completely unwelcoming and unfair to sickly patients.

I wish I could rate this location as a ZERO. I have used CVS for decades but in IL, IN, MI, OH, and now MO. This location is the worst ever. While I understand you may be understaffed, you should not work with the public if you can't provide the technical expertise and customer service. The tech with the red braids wanted to make excuses when she said, "we are busy". I just got out of the hospital and and came by at 4 ish and was told to come back at 7. I came back at 7:35. The red braid girl ( due to lack of professionalism) was combative. This is not the first time I had an issue with being disrespected. Don't call the pharmacy because they don't answer the phone.

Went in here to get one of my prescriptions filled since my regular pharmacy hasn't had it for 3 days now. I asked the pharmacist did they have it available...mind you it was just for my Glucose meters... She said yes but since I'm not a regular it would be 3 to 4 hours .... Unexceptional she was rude. I Left Walgreens because of there high prices and nothing ever being available and there poor customer service... now I do Love CVS in Brentwood in Target they have the best customer service but to go into another one and get treated like I'm nothing is wrong

I live next to this CVS. There are constantly fights in the back parking lot, employees are shockingly rude and nowhere to be found 90% of the time, and the fire alarm goes off dozens of times a month and blares through the neighborhood for about an hour each time. In the past 24 hours the alarm has gone off 5 times. FIGURE IT OUT AND HIRE BETTER PEOPLE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

The Pharmacy is very slow inside also they never answer the phone! I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Can someone in management please address this issue?!

Total of 2 prescriptions were called in 3 days ago. One was ready the same day the other still said processing. I called and chose the button to let the pharmacy know I am on my way so they will fill the one that has been processing for 3 days now. I waited 3 hours before coming. Rx still not ready and the tech in the drive through said the pharmacist was by himself all day he just got there to help. Also said CVS is not allowing them to hire another employee. I use to work as a pharmacy tech and his reason for it not being ready for 3 days is complete bull. This is not the first time this has happened. I will now be switching to Walgreens.

When I come in before noon there is never an employee around. I’m OK with doing self check out at other stores but at least 10% of the items I want at this location are behind the counter. Also, their self check out software is terrible. The system stops then I have to either rudely call out for anyone to help or leave my items and roam the store to find an employee. As a long-term customer and care pass member I’ll get an online survey after every visit. I mention these problems every time. It’s not just this location; staffing at off peak times is almost non existent, and even then the staff usually has to be stocking/restocking shelves and are not there to help with photo/checkout/getting items kept behind the counter. This time their online survey asked me if I wanted to leave a review on Google. I don’t normally use my time to leave negative reviews but Cvs sent me here. Do better or stop asking for my opinion, CVS!

This pharmacy is absolutely the most unprofessionally ran pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This is not a one time incident bad review. They text me that my prescription is ready, I drive there, its still a 40 minute wait. Thats the norm. I have never walked in, got my meds and paid for them in a timely manner, there is always a hiccup. Today was the last straw. I went to pick up a cancer medication and an employee from the front of the store told me I didn't have anything to pick up. Drove home, called my doctor, of course he had called it in yesterday. Now I'll be driving back to pick it up, hopefully this will be the last time I ever go into this CVS.
