I highly appreciated for Derek's detailed working altitude and patience. I towed my car (white 2023 tesla model 3) to this shop on Augest 2nd and my insurance is progressive which is really awful and they haven't approved my claim until Augest 30th. They wasted one month for me and they were really hard to communicate with. But staff in Auto Beauty really helped me to push the insurance and help communicate with them. If you have a broken tesla, this place would be your best choice! They are so friendly and took care of my car. When I called different shope, they always hanged me up but auto beauty always pick up my call and accompany me when I was really anxious about my insurance and broken car. It's nice to talk with them and thanks again for your professional hard working! Best wishes!

This shop was impressive. They did great work overall. We had one issue that held up our repair due to waiting on insurance to respond, but these guys have common sense and worked out our dilemma that we feel worked out great overall and we appreciate that! Not to mention, the office personnel were top notch! Very friendly, good attitudes. It was a pleasure dealing with them VERY much! They were over the top! We will come back to them in a heart beat! With that said, we do hope we never see them again because that would mean we were involved in some accident, but if we were, they will be the ones we will be calling!! Thanks for turning our original bad situation into a great experience…. And our car looks GREAT!! Good work!!

The customer service exceeded my expectations! Every team member I spoke to was friendly, professional, and reassuring. They made a stressful situation a delight. Derek kept me updated and was so very kind. The work they did on my Tesla was excellent! My car looks brand new, very clean and someone organized the items in my trunk! I would absolutely recommend Auto Beauty Specialist to anyone who needs body work done. If I could give them 10 STARS I would!!!!!

All the reviews stand true after my own experience. My brand new Tesla looks brand new again. The stellar communication and quality repair are all on point! What I find most amazing was the tiniest details. They detailed my car after the repair, which was not expected and they cleaned so thoroughly. Not only that, they put all my scattered belongings neatly in a box and placed it in the trunk (I’m going to borrow this system for myself going forward). The icing on top: they put my charging converter in a ziplock bag for protection ? I can’t with this level of respect ? Derek was who I worked with throughout the process. He was on my side through and through with the insurance dilemma. You would not go wrong with this place!

I wouldn’t recommend going to this shop unless you wanna deal with a very rude and disrespectful manager (Kenny)I walked into the shop and started talking to the receptionist for an estimate before I could finish my conversation with her he walked up and started asking questions (rudely) He didn’t even introduce his self. Told him I wanted an estimate he then started asking questions about the insurance company then was trying tell about the insurance policy and that he is not gone waste his time giving me an estimate. I actually thought he was joking. He basically look me in my face waiting for me to leave. Once I left told him he needs to change his attitude especially if he’s a manager.
