Decent car wash and always nice people. Be this this place eats radio antennas! I have lost antennas on 2 different cars now. They say there is a sign that says they are not liable for antennas. I have not found it yet. Just frustrating to have to replace antennas every few times through the tunnel.

This location is amazing not only is the staff extremely friendly and fun, but the free vacuums are cool as well. They serve gas at the same price as everyone else, but have free vacuums for your car. They also have a really good car wash that does not scrape up your car like most. They have full service and clean your mats and are highly staffed with very Awesome people. All in all this is a bright spot in the waterways in the O’fallon area.

Top Tier Customer Service!My husband drove my SUV for about 2 months and when we finally switched back cars, mine was filthy!!!! (He's in construction and just messy in general). Took my SUV to Waterway in Ofallon not expecting it would be perfectly done because it was so bad and to my surprise it looked amazing! Everyone was super nice- nobody made me feel bad about the condition of the vehicle. They are rock stars! I have been back since and had another great experience. 10/10!
