I'm a big fan of this location. I have a family member that works in the area, so I stop in often. The store is always clean and the layout is nice. The shelves are stocked and employees are helpful. This is a very large store - you can easily get your steps in if you are shopping both grocery and retail sides lol. I love that they always have a good supply of seasonal items and food items. Their clothing area has been upgraded in the last couple of years and it is VERY impressive. They designed it to be a nice shopping experience and you can easily navigate between mens/womens/etc. They also have more upscale brands than you would expect from Walmart. I also like that they have a First Community branch inside their location. It makes is easy for me to complete bank transactions as needed.

Needed a new battery for my truck so I called ahead and asked if they had it in stock. I was told yes so I drove to the store and when I went to purchase the battery I was told it was not in stock. When I told the person at the automotive counter I just called and was told it was in stock she just said sorry and went back to her computer.

Sunday Oct 29,2023 10-10:30pm Me and my son witnessed a lady named Kim Yell and degrade a young lady named Mia(son believes that what her name tag said). Kim was being rude and inconsiderate. When Mia walked away kim laughed about it. Definitely not how employees should treat one another. Mia clearly looked upset. So to Kim Shame on you. DO BETTER BE BETTER DONT TREAT PEOPLE SO POORLY and Mia you did great thank you.

The one in O'Fallon (MO). It's a Walmart Supercenter. I come here to stock up on staples. What they carry, they're rarely out of (for long). This one is slightly easier to get in and out of than the one on Jungermann. The transition to self checkout has helped curb the massive lines at peak times. A little. Few of the self checkout stations have enough space if you've got a full cart. Standard Walmart layout, decor and service. A solid 'meh'. Can't complain about the prices (usuallly), but otherwise....well, I shop here for the prices.

The organization of this Walmart feels like a fever dream. Why is the cheese located by the alcohol and why are the chips behind the clothing area? Every time I come here it feels like Black Friday. The isles are FILLED, people are running their carts into others when taking corners, and it's just the worst :( it would be a lot better if they just redid the set up of the store (or opened another Walmart in this town) The workers are great tho

I woke up to a dead battery after just starting a new job. Got a Jumpstart from AAA but was advised to get a new battery asap & to not turn my car off. I went to Walmart and a very helpful man,Mike,in the Automotive Department had the battery and installed in about 25 minutes and I was back on the road. I was so happy to have this resolved so quickly. Thank you MIKE.

I had a pickup order. After not even a space to park in, I walked in expecting to pick up my order myself and take it to my car (after being texted it was already ready). I still waited 30+ minutes to get the order. I would recommend just going in and doing the shopping yourself and save your time.

One of the workers was a d bag to me and my friends when we were looking for pool floats and wouldn't tell us where they were horrible experience don't go near the sports section a rude bald worker with a clapped hairline will not help you

I literally had to write a review on how good, well kept and how the shelves and freezers are fully stocked. Not to mention all the employees were not standing around on they phones. working some of the surrounding Walmart locations managers such Veterans Memorial or Saint Peter's Jungleman can really learn from this O'Fallon Highway K location. I was highly impressed. You can tell which stores has the proper management or management who does not play games. Thanks, well done Highway K. I might ad I'm writing this review at 11pm, that's how much it was a must to give this store recognition!!

Pulled up for a replacement battery.This woman who was missing from the front counter upon my arrival showed up twenty minutes later.A kind young man rushed to the counter in the meantime, profusely apologizing for the lack of attention from his coworkers.Pam walks in with about 4 different associates.She says something along the lines of "whooo, I need me some drugs!!"Interaction was around 9:30 AM on 03/14/2022.I was left deeply disturbed and uncomfortable with the suspicion that there are people doing drugs and working on cars, simultaneously. Extremely unprofessional and disturbing.

Sat. 11/6 Poor customer service. I had a pick up order for this date between 9:00-10:00. My order froze on the app even though it gave me an order # . I have done this several times and never had a problem. So for some reason it didn't complete my order for it to be picked. I didn't realize that until I was there to pick-up my order. So I had to call the number on the sign. Even though they could see my order I was told there was nothing they could do. They wanted me to call another number for assistance. I don't understand why they couldn't go ahead and pick the order for me. That would have been good customer service. I understand apps can fail and not work properly. Walmart should have a back up in place to accommodate a customer in these situations.

No one to take returns ALL day. Not enough workers, but they managed to find workers to help you BUY things, stock shelves, one to tell me they don't have enough workers and everything else, but if you buy a bad melon, they are not skilled enough to do an even exchange. I'll just buy my watch and vacuum cleaner somewhere else today! No one to even answer the phone (bc it might be about a return! Rrrrr)

Huge store! Always fresh produce, nice selection of meat, frozen fish, expansive cheese aisle. I occasionally grab some baked goods at the front of the store, too. They've made some nice updates to the layout over the last couple of years, more recently converting many of the traditional checkout lanes to two large sections of self checkout stations.They also stock my one of my favorite beers: Bud Light Chelada, and their prices can't be beaten.I don't often visit the non-grocery sections of the store, though I find that overall, it's always clean, well stocked and well organized.
