Drove all the way here from wentzville wasted gas because I needed diapers urgently in the middle of the night, just to find out they were closed for waxing the floor and they couldn't even get them through the drive thru.

Mila was able to look up my script that had just been sent over and get me into the schedule with no issue. They were obviously busy but I was in and out in way less time than I anticipated waiting. Everyone was very courteous, kind, and professional. I will be using this place as my go to pharmacy moving forward.

Pharmacy drive through is literally the slowest EVER. Instead of making people pull up and wait because their prescriptions aren't ready, they allow them to stay at the window. I waited 30 mins while the car in front of me waited on their script. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!
I would give zero stars if possible!

Would rate this pharmacy zero stars if I could after my experience on the phone with a pharmacy employee by the name of Jessie. She was very rude and condescending when I called about a medication that I needed refilled. I had already had it refilled and it showed as ready but they cancelled it without it informing me so I had to call so I could pick it up tonight as I cannot get it tomorrow. She very rudely answered my request in a snotty tone and told me to stop calling the day of needing something filled. I was so polite to her so I was shocked at her sudden attitude towards me and all I could say was ok before she hung up. I understand being a 24 hour pharmacy that they are busy but there is no need to be rude to somebody asking you to do your job. Jessie needs to be kept away from the phones or find a job outside of interacting with people if she cannot behave professionally and politely with customers.

I just drove and picked up my prescription and the young man in the drive thru was so kind and found me a coupon for my medication not covered by my insurance. Thank you for your help much appreciated!

I have NEVER in my life encountered such god awful pharmacist in my entire life. She is judgemental, rude, condescending, and the list goes on. She refused to help remedy medication problems. It was so bad my doctor had to PERSONALLY CALL this pharmacist. After that she submitted it as "early refill" even though it wasn't early. My doctor submitted a WHOLE NEW PERSCRIPTION. She then refused to put it through my insurance making the medication cost over $500. I am in the healthcare field and this is no way to treat any patient. I am truly DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!

I’m glad this location is open 24 hours, but this is consistently one of the slowest pharmacies I have used to pick up a prescription. It typically takes 20-30 minutes.

I had 4 prescriptions called in to the pharmacy, I arrived at a little after 7 pm, there was one pharmacist and 2 assisting, one for drive-thru one for in store, I was told they had received my prescription but it would take approximately 45 minutes before it would be ready. Ok, I get it, they were busy. Went sat in my car, waited, came back in only to find they had only filled one. I told them I had 4. There I to wait again for them to check the queue, near an hour later, they call me up, I get in line to wait another 45 minutes to get to the counter and they now only have 3 of the 4. It is now after 9, I was then told nope, no 4th script or that it hadn't come in yet. So I left. Got home called, was on hold for 1hr 25mins, finally an answer, was told again nope, nothing received. So I called the Dr to ask what happened with the 4th prescription, which they informed me it was indeed sent. I then had them send it to my regular pharmacy, who wasn't a 24 hr location, which is why it was sent to that Walgreens, only to find out that they couldn't fill it with my insurance because it had been filled elsewhere. So then I called Walgreens back again. They said that yes, it was ready. I asked why I wasn't notified that it HAD come in and it HAD been filled. I was told it didn't come in until 2hrs later than the other 3. Okay, but why no notice so I could pick it up. No good reason just busy. With my pharmacy, you get a text to give you a status update. Shame on Walgreens, you are HUGE and offer THIS degree of poor service ESPECIALLY when this about medication's, not beauty products! The staff, I had no complaints with, they were courteous, in spite of being very flustered since they were extremely overwhelmed.

Pharmacist Brett: “ I was supposed to be off an hour ago, and so are these staff”My refill was ready yesterday yet when I come to pick up my prescriptions they somehow still manage to find a way to blame it on me because to them “ it’s not ready yet”What ? Then how’d I get a voicemail saying it’s ready for pick up ? And when I show them the voicemail they said “ it must been a mistake “AND Brett if you’re that old please learn to have manners would you? Don’t give your staff attitude in front of customers?! They’re working just like you dude.

Went to drive through pharmacy for a prescription and was asked to come back in 20 minutes. Returned 1 hour later and was told it would be 15 minutes. It took 30.

I simply called to inquire stock on a medication that’s in a nationwide shortage and the pharm tech had the gall to tell me she couldn’t provide that information to me over the phone and I would have to visit the store. Are you joking me!? Every other Walgreens is helpful and provides this info (and also understanding of the nationwide shortage). I don’t know whether they intentionally try to piss the customer off, brain dead or power tripping. Don’t go here for prescriptions.
