None of the people that work there, wants to be there and you can tell! Very rude everyone up front feels entitled and when they try to explain something to you, it always like if you were supposed to know the info before you ask! If you don’t want to deal with customer service or customer questions then go work in the back like stocking!

I have used this pharmacy for 10+ years. Never had any problems, now it's so hard to get my prescriptions filled when needed they take over an hour to fill a script while you're in the store. Usually my script is ready. But if it's 2 days to early to fill, you have to call to make sure it gets filled. I've Tried being patient with them but it just keeps getting worse..... I'll go else where for my meds.... from now on this is crazy having to wait in the store for over an hour with no one else in line..... lazy people... or people judging you for no reason...is crazy get your system together this is crazy.... I've had medications filled faster by drop off and or called (controlled substances) I used to love how fast this pharmacy was and how easy things were filled now it's like pulling teeth to fill anything as simple as Ibuprofen.... I have no problems going to walgreens on k or even walmart but every time I go through this pharmacy I have nothing but issues. And please believe me I spend a lot of money here with it being 30 seconds from my house.

The lady in the Pharmacy who answered the phone hung up on me because she said she was offended because I wondered if I was having a hard time getting a prescription filled because as a person of color, I have had some bad experiences since we relocated to Missouri. I have met some very nice people too. Needless to say I won't be going to Walgreens. She is so confused. You have to experience being treated different because of who you are to really understand the feeling.

Amanda Hopkins in the Pharmacy, wearing her Walgreens attire made a complete scene at the QuikTrip on Bryan Rd and Hwy 70; accusing and screaming that a peer of mine was a very obscene word (will not disclose the exact term used). O'Fallon Police went to the QT for a report made against her, management at Walgreens were notified, as well as Walgreens Missouri Corporate Office.

This place is amazing...very contentious workers...especially Angie in cosmetics...the pharmacy is also amazing...they get right on my prescriptions....very nice...answer all my questions.

Great place to shop for groceries, OTC drugs, and convenient items, not to mention their full-service pharmacy, beauty, and photo department! Location is convenient, and the store offers several shopping options including: in store, online, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery, not to mention public restrooms and a great variety of specialty and seasonal items! I worked here for two-years, and the personal customer service there coupled with caring and competent management is outstanding!

I love Diane. However, the other older lady, short, glasses, constantly counts my money wrong. This is the 3rd time it's happened within a month. The first time, I was supposed to get a dollar back, I had given her the exact amount. The second time, she counted my money wrong and I had given her an extra dollar. Things were already messed up because of a sale, so I didn't say anything. However, this time, my amount was 39.12, I counted 39 in my car twice before coming in. At check out, I gave her 39.25, she said I gave her 37, I didn't. I was already holding up the line because of this, I told her there was 39 there and she said that she counted 37. I didn't argue with her, so I gave her a 100.00 that I didn't want to break. I went out to the car, and had my husband count my money without saying anything. 39.25, like I said. It just keeps happening and it's frustrating because it's been the 3rd time in a month. I've never made it a problem with her, I'm always polite and just ignore it because it's petty change but this last time I wasn't too stoked. Please have her do something different. I'm not the only one who is frustrated with her. Thank you.
