Don was more than helpful and patient. My daughter’s phone was having major technical issues through another carrier. The other company ran us around in circles just trying to get a replacement phone, so I decided her add her to my plan at Verizon. Don was able to find the best deal for us and made the transition process extremely easy. Very happy with the outcome.

They were unable to help my phone issue but they at least tried like 10 different things! I appreciated their attempts by Darius and a woman worker but I am unsure of her name. Thank you for trying.

Today I had the quickest and best visit at a Verizon store that I have had in my 17 years with Verizon. This O’Fallon location is now my absolute favorite. Xhermie (manager) is very knowledgeable and helpful. The GM, Mike, is wonderful as well. I will never go to another Verizon location after this fantastic experience! Thank you both so much!

Went to store to get box. Employee put my 2 returned warrantee cells in one box.I told him I was told never to do this & each cell is retuned in its own box .He assured me it was fine That was Oct & I never recd a $1100 crd for one of the retuned phone & the store says any financial problems must go through the 800 line I am still fighting for my crd or my broken cell returned to me. They admitted they recd both cells & did credit one cell but not the iPhone & each rep claims I will get the credit but 4 months later I still have not. Plus they want me to upgrade & happy to open a new business line, what a joke.After 23 years & 7 lines with Verizon, I am switching. This company is worse than the IRS

I had the best experience at this location! The sales associate (I forgot her name ?) that helped me was AMAZING! She was so patient with me, nice, and informative as I tried to get my new phone switched over from my old phone carrier to Verizon. We even got to know a little bit about our families as we waited for some updates. ?

Very very vague about what they "can" or "cannot" do for you. Manager didn't offer to do too much for someone like "me" who doesn't know too much about cellphone technology or much else...

Stellar customer service! They think outside the box, and have resolved many of my issues. I've never had to wait in a line for long. All service and sales techs were just very courteous, polite and got done, what I needed done! Thanks, guys!

This review begins with terrible customer service in Orange Beach Alabama and ends with great customer service on Hwy K in Ofallon Mo. While at the beach my phone stopped charging. I went in for help in Orange Beach. All I got was a salesperson who only tried to sell me a new phone. Six times she said I needed a new phone. I also watched her try to upsale an older man a $150 pair of earbuds when all his wife needed was a pair to listen to music on the beach. I came back to Hwy K and thank goodness I talked to Samantha. She used her trusty tool and cleaned out the port. The phone again charged. A coworker of hers asked whether she tried to make a sale. No, she did not that day. What she did was to ensure that both my wife and I will continue to come back to this store when we need new phones. It is nice when someone actually provides good customer service. Thanks Samantha.
