The only reason I'm giving a 2 over a 1 is that ONE of the managers was extremely helpful. I bought a new Iphone from the OFallon store after being an Android user. I was treated like I would be too stupid to figure it out. There are definite differences and more steps to achieve the same thing you can achieve on an Android in one. But when attempting to download a ringtone from Itunes, the phone locked up 18 hrs after I purchased it. I took it back hoping for a solution and the idiot that sold it to me and the manager on duty laughed and told me to go to Best Buy. "It's not the phone's problem. It's an Apple problem". Luckily I came back later that day when a different manager was there and he fixed it. I will never buy from OFallon again. Terrible attitudes. Terrible customer relations skills and they only care about upselling you on stuff you don't need.

Verizon is the worst cellular provider under the sun. Seriously, I had less trouble with the Chineses telecoms when I was over there. Pay your bills like a good little customer for 16+ years and they treat you like garbage so you leave. That leads to a bogus bill for $1,100 for a phone that was returned in the packaging they provided and god love ya if you can get a human on the phone who cares at all about resolving the issue. I filed a written complaint with the BBB. Seriously screw these people and the horse they rode in on! See ya never, VZW!

I have always had the best experience with the O'fallon store. Recently, Jeff helped me switch over my parents phone (they are out of state). He texted me to make sure they got it all set up. Above and beyond. Sometimes the wait is long; however, I am given the same great service when it is my turn. I plan accordingly. I recommend this team 100%.

We had amazing service switching our wireless providers tonight at this location. Kaleb helped us for over an hour while we were trying to switch two different lines from two different providers to Verizon. He really was patient and explained everything to us and worked well with us. He was even very helpful when setting up the phone once we had left the store location. I'm very impressed with the Verizon customer service both at this location and over the phone.

Terrible and cocky customer service. Didn't seem to care they lost two lines lady actually was excited the black manager walks around with a chip on his shoulder like he owns Verizon this store needs new management or retraining I paid 1200 bucks just because of their attitudes to switch to att wireless I didn't come in to disconnect but their actions resulted in me doing so.

In May I worked out a deal to lower my bill based on usage and competition. One sales associate work with me and told me to come back if my bill did not reflect the changes. The bill did not reflect the changes I stop by today and spoke with Justin who did not believe me who said the sales person I talked to the last time was not there anymore and made me call him to get verification of the conversation and the changes. He also said I could go to the other store in St. Peter's to talk about it if I wanted to but he was not going to issue a credit. If I was asking for hundreds of dollars I could've understood but the problem was it was a credit for $37. Under no uncertain terms Justin was going to even think about issuing me a credit. You have to wonder where customer service is gone, Justin obviously did not get the training.

I have verizon and I love them as my provider but if you need something dont go here. I have stopped a few times and everytime its been an hour wait. I dont know if its short staffing or what but Its the worlds worst place even if you just want to buy an accessery
