They were professional, friendly, timely in communication, and easy to work with. The management team and staff at the event were friendly and helpful and provided our group with a well organized, clean, and fun event. The food and drinks served were timely and delicious! We couldn't be more pleased with the our experience.”

“I had a surprise party for my husband here. We rented the demo ball court. The staff was really accommodating while I was doing the booking (I kept calling with new questions), and they were really helpful on the day with coordinating the surprise. And the demo ball was really fun!”

“I'm rating soley based off of the customer service and friendliness of the staff we encountered. We had a panic moment when we thought our small kitty had escaped the room because we couldn't find her anywhere. We notified the staff and were treated with genuine concern. They went out of their way to send out the message and to actively check around for her. Come to find out she found a place to crawl up under the kitchen sink (stinker). It had truly been a frightening couple of hours for us. The staff's willingness to try and help is deeply appreciated. I believe it was the manager or owner at the front desk, his initiative and true concern & compassion won't be forgotten.”
