Be careful here. This is one of the only places to bank that doesn't honor a Cashiers Check immediately. My Girlfriend had to wait almost two weeks for her funds on a Cashiers check I paid my bank extra to print.

I called Cindy after being referred to her by a family member. In a matter of hours she had me approved for a car loan, had emailed the dealership proof, and made the process a breeze. Highly recommend Cindy and Vantage credit Union! (I’m writing this from my new car)

horrible, fees, fees, fees. charge for everything you do with you money. save your self money and bank elsewhere. there are plenty of banks that do not charge or will reimburse you for transactions.

Used them for 25 years I have held an account with vantage ever since they were educational employees credit union.i have had 2 car loans with them and they seem fair. My daughter has a account with them making her 4th generation in my family to do business with them. That have decent coin counters. free coffee. This location had live tellers. Not something I like that was introduced at other branches. I kinda miss the saint Peters branch that had a drive thru

Vantage credit union is terrible. We have had them over two years now and are fed up with the complete lack of customer service. If you have to call for assistance or most of the time if you go in a branch. They limit how many $100 bills they will give you so might walk about with a bunch of $20s or smaller. They charge for EVERYTHING. My debit card was stolen on vacation and they charged me $10 for a new card and when I complained they literally told me “well that's how we make money†then hung up on me. Two hours later I finally got a card ordered...10 business days was the timeline to receive it! They are so rude at their phone center ANY time you call, and they use a third party call center to handle card issues- which tells you totally different info than the bank reps do. The app and the online banking are awful. The online banking is down for maintenance all the time, the app has to sit there and reload transactions everytime you want to scroll- if it works at all. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
