I filled out for a passport here lady behind counter didn’t send everything supplied from consumer. I try to get them to hold her accountable and these tyrants treat you like a nobody and close your case. That is mail tampering and should be up to 5 years in jail but the postal employees so nothing happens

What is going on with the Postal Service in O'Fallon Missouri we have four different postal workers two are real good the other two just drive around and our mail do not get delivered there's been several people in the small area that's been complaining about our postal workers don't they know that some of us are just watching them

Our daily mail alerts showed us that our car tags were delivered to our house and they were not in the mailbox. They had to have been stolen by somebody. Also when we stop our mail it never gets stopped, our neighbor still picks it up for us after we stop it.

Horrid location. Have spent over an hour today calling in an attempt to schedule a passport appointment. Online scheduler doesn’t work and when I try to call, it rings for about 5 minutes before disconnecting.

Mailed Property Check on Dec 26th by dropping inside the post office. Was not post marked till Jan 3rd. Cost several hundred dollars in late fees and fines.

Had mail held for vacation and while mail delivery has resumed. Held mail still not delivered. If I could rank zero stars, I would.

Horrible customer service and mail carriers. After finally complaining about not receiving mail regularly ( I gave them the benefit of the doubt for probably being short staffed), I was told my mail was being delivered. No it isn’t, nor are my neighbors. Now I’m getting notes in my mailbox personally written by letter carrier, telling me to STOP blocking the mailbox or I will no longer get mail! No one is parked there, I have a security camera! Unbelievable to be threatened just because you got in trouble for not doing YOUR job!

Long lines. Rude employees. And they mismanage and destroy mail on the regular. Latest example… I got piece of mail that was unusable, something I had been waiting for. What am I supposed to do with this?

Just an honest horrible way to waste an entire day trying to get your passport. If you need to show your kids why businesses should not be socialized or run by the government take them here and let them try to accomplish easy tasks

We hardly ever get OUR mail.... But we get everyone else's instead.
I wish the postal workers would learn how to READ!! If you can't, then give your job to someone else who will take the time to be sure people are getting the right stuff.
I'm missing important documents from the state that were mailed out long ago, never received??
Waiting on checks and so on as well in the mail, and go figure, NOTHING IN THE MAIL.
My family doesn't appreciate it either. They can't even send birthday presents for our kid, without it being jacked!
The only things that seem to make it, are BILLS. So thank you for that, but really?! FIRE YOUR EMPLOYEES AND HIRE SOME THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO EARN THEIR CHECK.

Every time my package is switched over to the Postal Service I get a notification saying it’s delivered but it’s not there I’m sick of these lazy postal workers scanning your packages and mail and you don’t get it yes I said lazy but they can get you a utility bill or that advertisement junk I’m sick of it

Went in person because we were having so much trouble with a credit card getting to a resident in O'Fallon. The assistant was very helpful and we finally had the issue resolved when she spoke with the Carrier and we realized that they did have the wrong address, but it was so similar that on the phone The elderly person couldn't tell the difference. There rated a 1.9 for a reason but management doesn't care obviously they have the same lady clerk at the front completely disrespectful bad mouth terrible customer service that I have ever seen in my life. And she likes to collaborate with the delivery carriers and talk about people that live at certain complexes. Like it should be against confidentially rules for what she did. I was at the counter picking up a package for a disabled man that I help out who is a neighbor of mine I told her that the Carrier delivery woman was leaving people's packages at the mail center instead of carrying them to our front door like we are promised. When she chooses to leave are packages on the ground by the mail center others take it up on there self to choose which packages they want and then they get stolen but she doesn't care because she says she has restrictions. Which i could completely understand the restrictions part and I was always very nice when I patiently waited for my package with my ID I never showed any disrespect towards her. but when I told the clerk at the counter she went back in the back grabbed my neighbors package and scooted it across the floor while yelling in front of 20 other people in the Ofallon post office that I cause a big deal over a package that was to heavy. She was yelling and screaming that the delivery's woman in the back said o I know her very well she waits at the mail center and waits for her package....She had no right to be yelling out my information or what I do or how i wait at my own home for my packages to be delivered. I was always nice and well mannered waiting with my ID TO MAKE SURE I GOT MY PACKAGE. LIKE duh why wouldn't I wait (at my complex where I live) and have every reason to wait by the way patiently without bothering her or showing any type of disrespect. why would I want to wait for her to put my package on the ground for someone to grab as soon as she leaves. NEITHER ONE OF THESE LADIES HAD NO RIGHT TO BE SPEAKING ABOUT ME IN FRONT OF 20 OTHER CUSTOMERS YELLING MY BUSINESS AT ALL. AND AFTER ALL THE AGGRESSION SHE HAD TOWARDS ME AND WHILE SHE WAS STILL YELLING AT ME I ASK HER HOW HEAVY IS IT AND SHE SAID MEET ME IN THE LOBBY AND ILL SHOW YOU. I TOOK THAT AS A THREAT LIKE SHE WANTED TO FIGHT ME. SHE WAS SHOWING NOTHING BUT AGGRESSION. AND THEN WHEN SHE PUSH MY BOX TO ME AND SHUT THE DOOR I WAS ABLE TO PICK IT UP WITH ONE ARM IT WAS NOT HEAVY AT ALL EVERYONE SEEN THAT IT WAS NOT HEAVY IT WAS JUST AN EXCUSE NOT TO CARRY THE PACKAGE UP ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS. BUT NO SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER OR ANYONE SHOWED UP TO STOP HER BEHAVIOR THEY ARE SO SHORT STAFFED THAT THEY KEEP TERRIBLE HURTFUL IGNORANT PEOPLE AROUND That will DOG YOU OUT IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE OFALLON POST OFFICE NO MATTER WHO IS IN THERE. THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT AND SAY WHAT THEY WANT. YOUR MAIL IS MOST LIKELY TO BE STOLEN LOST OR THROWN AT YOUR FRONT DOOR IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION AND IF YOU HAVE ANY TALKS WITH YOUR MAIL CARRIERS EVEN IF THEY SEEM NICE JUST KNOW THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT YOU BEHIND YOUR BACK. YOUR ADDRESS YOUR NAME BUSINESS...ECT....NOTHING IS Being done I mean look at all the other Reviews clearly I'm not the only one.
