I needed to ship some pictures and picture frames. Although I brought my own box, it wasn't a good size for my items. An associate, Sue, noticed my struggle to get everything in the box and that's when her customer service skills took over. Sue helped me find the right size box and made sure things were packed in a way to get them through the mail damage free. Thanks to her efforts, my items did arrive on time and without damage. This kind of customer service is rare today. However, I greatly appreciate it and was pleased with my experience here.

Came in to inquire about a PO box. The gentleman that was asked to help me, came over and complained about how the process takes too long and how he didn't want to do it. So he stepped away. The young lady stepped in with a smile on her face but I already felt like an inconvenience. He stood right behind her and began eating. Terrible customer service from that young man. Will be getting my PO box from any other location now.

Love, love, love the Deer Creek location. They are always friendly and ready to help with a smile. Lines are never long and they get you in and out very quickly. Highly recommend!!

Gracie was absolutely amazing. I went in to do an Amazon return, everyone was happy, helpful and quick. I was in and out in seconds with four other customers!!!!! Great service fast service with a smile and helpful with the packaging!!!!

My husband and I visited store #3815 in OFallon MO, on Monday, April 8th 2024. We were "assisted" by an employee named Gracie, if what we received can be called "assistance". Gracie had a bad attitude and was rude since the beginning with the both of us. The few times that she did make eye contact were seemingly just to give me dirty looks. She made it clear that my very presence in the store somehow annoyed her. Even my husband noticed her strange and angry behaviour. I subsequently inquired to Gracie as to the reason for her rude attitude. We were shocked by her response in which she raised her voice with us, denying that she had a problem, and even repeatedly smashing the tape dispenser against the counter. Faced with this obvious display of physical and verbal agression, we asked to speak to the Manager. Keeping her aggressive tone of voice and overall demeanor Gracie stated numerous times that she was not afraid of us speaking to the Manager who was coincidentally not in the store. She was so combative towards us that both of the employees also present in the store tried to intervene in an attemp to restrain her and calm her down. We left our names and number with one of the more reasonable employees and were told that we'll receive a call from the Manager of the store. So tomorrow we'll find out wheater management condones or condemns this completely unacceptable treatment of customers.
