For the first time I had a bad experience at Tommy's. The gate would not open. I honked to get the staff attention. The man at the window said it will open. A minute later and the gate is still down. The attendant said something to me that I could not understand. He appeared to be looking at a computer screen. I asked him if he would open the gate. As I was about to leave then the gate opened. I don't know why there was an issue with the gate.

In my opinion, this is the best wash in town. Wash is kept clean. I’ve never had any scratches in my clear coat and the vacuums work well. They really do need to add some compressed air to get water out of all the crevices. At least one with the power washing hose so you can clean off rubber floor liners.

Fair price. Wash goes through really fast but does a great job getting the scum off the windows and wheels. Dryer gets most of the water. Any complaint is that it does go too fast. Prefer being able to enjoy the experience instead of in and out since i am paying for the service. Vacuums work well.

Got the most expensive member ship around 45$, washes are horrible leaves streaks all around the car and soap other spots… vacuums have less suck than a 98 yr trying to keep their dentures in. Just to charge you 3$ to finish the job the the automatic wash should be doing canceled the first day… no towels or spray unless you pay leave streaks and stains possibly paint damage if your that much of a car buff. Do not recommend

Car wash is good. Every single time I've been there. I'm a little embarrassed frankly after going up there today (Hence the 4 star and not the 5 star) for the free wash they said was today 3/24/2024 (even marked it on my calendar) only to have the kid at the window say the "owner" changed his mind. It's a good thing I don't live farther away.
Simple word of advice.. If you tell the general public about something as a free offer of a car wash.. don't back out of it. Kind of makes people not trust you to your word. I don't expect the owner to care about my $.02 opinion anyway.

Great car wash. You can vacuum your car out after going through the car wash. The site even has mat cleaning stations.

They explained their pricing for carwash in a way that was very understandable. I chose the special they had since I was working in the area. A great experience.

Normal place was closed, and I am glad it was. Much better clean on the car. No overpowering smell from soap. Great workers. The price was right and the underwash was in my price range.

Pretty horrible wash. No towels to dry your car and the dryers do not dry one inch of your vehicle. The back of the vehicle looks the same before I went thru the wash. No prep work or anything. Steer away from a mess if you think about going.

Great car wash with nice detail, vacuum area. Floor mat station as well!! Get the monthly pass. Love it
