A couple of young men were on a road trip from Sikeston MO back home to Kansas City.
Their car broke down and it was close to quitting time. There was no way to get them in and out right away, so they were looking at having to spend the night and head back to Kansas City in the morning.
Upon hearing their story, the team at Firestone figured out a way to help there young guys get taken care of today.

“Great experience. Went in with my daughter's car thinking she probably needed 4 new tires. Also, needed state inspection and emissions. Told the manager that we plan on getting rid of the car in about a year. He called me out to show me tred and let me know that the back tires really had little wear. So, instead of just getting extra sales out of me, he showed a lot of integrity.
I called for an appointment on a Thursday and got in on a Friday. I didn't have anyone to pick me up, so I expected to wait for a few hours. It was almost disappointing that I was out the door with 2 new tires, a state inspection that he went over with me, and emissions testing compete in about 45 min.
They have definitely earned me as a repeat customer. Having 6 kids between the age of 14 and 22, we have a lot of need for a business that is not trying to nickel and dime us!”
