The Body Shop is an amazing auto body repair shop! I had some very serious front-end damage, and these guys have been nothing but fantastic with keeping me updated on everything and even helped out with my rental car!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From the moment I walked in, to retrieving my car after repairs, I was extremely pleased with the customer service & the work they did. They are thorough & attentive. While my insurance was being a pain throughout this process, this shop made everything flow nicely! I am grateful to Kyle who worked with me firsthand on all the steps taken, making sure I was 100% satisfied. My car looks brand new! I will be returning to The Body Shop for any future repairs!

I had The Body Shop fix some really sketchy body work on my son’s 1st car. It was done by an unknown shop to keep the extent of the damage off of the CarFax report and then sold to us by an equally sketchy auto dealer (stay tuned for that review…) without disclosing the bondo-ed mess. It was out of pocket, they were reasonably priced, and It looks great now! It has definitely been done right this time around.

Recently had my truck up there to fix hail damage and I cannot express how great of an experience I had. The Body Shop delivers in every aspect of customer service. They were knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and very helpful in dealing with insurance and keeping me updated throughout the process. I will definitely suggest them to my friends and family!

I really enjoyed working with the technicians at the body shop in O’Fallon Missouri. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I had an aftermarket hood painted for my wife’s Mustang. The color match was perfect. I would definitely use them again and actually plan to for a hood on my Mustang.

I came in from Chicago to visit my mother in O'Fallon, and while I was there I tried to get my steering aligned on my Ford Explorer, but because my lovely and talented wife had apparently knocked the subframe crooked when she smashed the passenger door into a concrete post previously, it could not be aligned, I would have to see a body shop, etc. So there is McDonalds and right next to it not just "a" body shop, but "The" Body Shop. Keep in mind this is late on a Saturday afternoon and I have to hit the road on Sunday. Long story short, I met with Kyle, nicest guy ever, agrees to help me out and within hours he's got it fixed, and then he goes further by charging much, much less than what I expected it would. Again, late on a Saturday...they could have gone home for the day, but no. So when it came time to fix the passenger door, you better believe I waited until the next time I was in O'Fallon just so Kyle and his guys could take care of it. Now Every day as I walk to my brand-new-looking SUV I am reminded of what a fantastic job Kyle and his crew did at The Body Shop, and I am reminded of how it's possible for someone to be really terrific person and be the very best at what they do, all at the same time. Seriously, the car looks brand new. I still live in Chicago, but The Body Shop in O'Fallon will have my business for as long as they are in business. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
