I love Team Branch! I started going there right after gyms opened up after Covid. They let your kiddos tag along. Also, Britt Wilson recommended it to me! She’s huge in the fitness industry so I knew this place had to be a 10/10.2 years later I have learned so much about health and fitness that I didn’t even know existed. Small things like going on walks, getting morning sunlight, going to bed early - really does make a huge difference in your life and overall health!The owners and trainers really have a talent for what they do. If you are looking for a bootcamp style gym; with one on one training AND a group/TEAM setting this place is for you!They will care about you & your health. They will help you reach your goals inside and outside of the gym!

I have been coming here for 5 years now and if you haven’t checked this place out yet you need to. This place gives me everything I need and want! I was able to recruit 6 other family members over the years and it’s the best thing they could have done. Josh and the Team there invest personally in your journey - building relationships that make you stay engaged. The results are real if you invest the time and commitment. Just stop by and ask for Josh and Heather - it will be the best decision you make this year!

If you live in the St. Peters Area, you are blessed to have this gym in your proximity! I absolutely love this gym and driving 20 min has never once been a chore. I am confident that you will feel the power of the environment Josh has created, just like me. They offer a trial week for a low cost and the annual investment is worth every penny (& cheaper than most gyms that have half the quality). Highly recommend the gym, programing, trainers, environment, and music.

TB is hands down one of the BEST gyms I’ve ever been to, and trust me I’ve tried it all.It’s extremely difficult to find a gym that truly cares about their clients but also consistently educates themselves and changes the workouts to be challenging and fulfilling at the same time.The atmosphere is unlike any other and we all cheer one another on!Most reasonably priced gym for unlimited boot camps AND nutrition guidance.This gym really focuses on strength training and teaching the basic mechanics of properly working out so their clients can go and use the same foundations when out of town or if they move away.Cannot recommend them enough!!!Stop in for a $25 trial, you won’t regret it!Josh & Heather: keep up the amazing work.

This gym has completely changed my life. I have lost roughly 70lbs since I have joined, i have gained more muscle than i knew was possible, i also have been able to grow my mentality and mind set. Josh and Heather are so caring and determined to help you achieve your goals. Not only is this a fitness gym, Team Branch is a family. Everyone has welcome arms and are always there to push you to be a better person on the inside and the outside! Take the jump and come try it out, I can promise you will find your new home away from home.

This gym has completely changed my life. I have been going to team branch for about a year and a half I am down 55 ish lbs. I have finally been able to love my body and love myself. The energy at this gym is astounding. I encourage everyone to do a week trial and I promise you will see what I mean. It will be the best decision of your life.
