Manager on duty was incredibly rude about self-checkout line. I tried to pay for my groceries by the Icee stand, and she was immediately rude saying that I cut the line, when there was no one in line. No other Target I have been to has this rule, and this register has always had its own separate line. I was polite throughout the whole interaction, and she was defensive and unprofessional. If this is a rule at your store, put signs up or something, do not just be immediately rude to your paying customers, especially as a MANAGER.

Staff at changing rooms was rude and openly talking shit about me with a customer as I was in the changing room. I had 6 swimsuits to try on, I waited for a staff member to open a room for me, and was there for 10-15 minutes. 4 separate times, either a staff member or a customer tried opening the door without knocking first. Wouldn’t be an issue if the first time it happened, the staff member wasn’t talking with a customer saying “I don’t know why you wouldn’t just say something if you’re in there, that’s crazy” both laughing at me, as if they weren’t both trying to open my door while I was actively changing without knocking. You may have heard me say I was in there if you weren’t rattling the door or if you waited a second before trying to open it.
A few minutes go by, and it happens again. Someone rattles the door without knocking, I say “occupied”, they leave. Not two minutes later, the same staff member comes back rattling the door, I say “still occupied”, the rattling continues, I hold the door closed, they finally leave.
There needs to be a sign and a clear system, and staff absolutely shouldn’t be talking about customers two feet away from them when they don’t know what’s going on. Before I left, the staff member finally tells a lady “any OPEN door you can use, but I don’t know which ones are occupied.” You’d think after four times that someone tries to open a stall you’d realize someone is still changing in it, and you’d think you’d check stalls by knocking first and unlocking them when they’re empty rather than repeatedly trying to unlock a single door without knocking, or without waiting for a response.
Only reason for two stars is the lady at the self checkout was very nice.

Went to target last night. My babie's diaper was leaking, so I ran inside and grabbed a box. There were 30 people in line for self checkout and no checkers. No one called for either. I had to leave and just drive home with a sad leaky baby. What the heck??

Target you saved me a lot of money today by closing your dressing rooms. Why would I buy if I can’t try it on? Asked a worker for help and was told no. They are closed. No more clothes shopping here. Guess it’s still ok for dog food. Also just looked up the same Levi Jean vest is $5 cheaper on Amazon.

Had an order for drive up pickup. Somehow it got picked up when we didn’t even pick it up. I tried calling the store at least 20 times. I tried every department and it would just ring. Finally some not so nice lady picked up and said something I couldn’t even understand and hung up the phone. I had to call the 1-800 number and they had to refund and reorder my order. Luckily they were helpful unlike this location. If you’re not going to have anyone answer your phone, maybe don’t even have the option to call your store.

This is a rough Target location. They are out of stock on most of the things I came for and all the main aisles are so cluttered with pallets now. I get to the front checklanes and they only have two lanes open with self checkout maybe 15 people deep. register 3 the cashier walks away for... awhile and on register 7 my cashier is texting on her phone while I'm waiting to pay, this after putting my milk in the bag upside down on a book. Why? Not a great Target and definitely has seen better days at this location. It feels like they don't want you to actually shop in person... so I won't. Not here at least.

Not going here again. Everything is always out of stock and a lot of the employees are rude and slow. Went in to get mucinex cold medicine and used the self checkout. Had to stand there sick and wait for someone to come and id me for cold and flu meds. I’m 45. Ridiculous

Consistently terrible checkout experience. No cashiers and a long line at self checkout.

It's no good trying to call the company when you have an issue that you're trying to address before having to come to the stores location because no one seems to answer any of the phones I called two different departments and the phone just rang off the hook.

Our cashier Betty was awesome! She was very nice and bagged all of our items in a timely manner. We hope to see her again on our next trip to this target!

Even with the order to pick up drive thru was fast, Target lacks in the other areas that are important. Every time I go in to grab something they are always out of it. You would think that you could just order it to be shipped, however, that is NOT the case. They require you to spend at least $35 to do any shipping. I would rather them stated free shipping for over $35 and anything under I can pay a shipping fee like most other places. I’ll be sticking with Walmart and Amazon for 99% of my purchases as I prefer that I can order however I want to get my items.

Target's Drive Up pick up service is so convenient. They prep my orders super fast and I rarely have to wait long in my spot at my pick up time. I don't have to select a time for pick up, which really fits my busy lifestyle. The employees are always super nice when they bring out my order. I love all of the deals Target Circle offers.

Excellent customer service at Target! Puts Wa$@&rt to shame. I love that Target is now in the local area and I am able to wait, make up my shopping list and go to the best store ever- Target- and get great customer service in the store, in the departments, and at the checkouts. And not deal with the people you see at wal'*$&t. Because the customers drag the team down. And it's horrible Togo into said OTHER STORE- seeing what people leave the house wearing! You can't even get dressed to go out shopping? And do you always have an attitude from the moment you get up to the moment you go to bed?those people are not seen at Target. Thank God!

This is the world’s slowest drive up. You can expect to spend 30-45 minutes waiting for your order. Absolutely insane!

Not super thrilled they closed down the self checkout in response to customers wanting more live cashiers. Doesn’t solve the problem. Just makes it worse and feels spiteful. Don’t blame it on payroll. You’re a billion dollar company.
