Few days back we visited St. Johns bank to open a new bank account. Nidhi Vyas has been an exceptional banker! Her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and attentiveness made opening an account a breeze.

It was great to have a St John’s branch beside my house, made things easier! One of the best competitive auto loan rates in the market and I did get an additional discount on opening a checking account and setting up auto pays from that towards my interest. Great service!!

Not open on sat 12-31-22 from 9-12 all the other banks are opened . Then closed again on Monday 1-2-23 according to your website .

Banking is Fine,, but hands down the rudest customer service. Every time I've had a question, they make me feel like I'm bothering them. Today was last straw, I'll be switching banks. Which seems like it's going to be a headache. Still better than how I was spoken to today.

I love this bank. I have banked there for approximately 25 years and have never had a problem. The staff is helpful and friendly. The help desk person at the home office, Debbie, is very nice. I had to hang up one day.....it was near closing time, and they actually called ME back. How's that for service? Their website is user friendly. I bill pay on line...there's no fee. Most banks charge garbage fees; like using their ATM's, etc. Not St. Johns. Kudos!!

After banking with St. Johns Bank for years on and off I restarted with them. Somehow my account was overdrawn and my direct deposit did not hit to clear it up. I received a collection notice from a 3rd party and my account was closed. No one from the bank picked up the phone to call me. So I went in to take care of it. Instead of reopening my account they said they did not want my business. Ok. Well it must be nice to have enough customers to not need anymore. My other bank if my account would ever have any issues the President himself would call me.

Great customer service. This bank has all the products and services of the big banks like mobile app/mobile deposit, online loan applications and a really neat Rewards Checking account, but still provides the small town feel knowing their customers and always willing to help. Highly recommend this bank.

There's a 500$ debit card limit every 24 hours including atm withdrawal (which they don't tell you about when you sign up). I asked about getting it raised for 6 months; the teller told me no and the bank manager never followed up. They want you to use checks or a credit card (which they charge for) and is inconvenient. Until they hired a new banker, for months every time I came in there was never anyone available to talk to unless you talked to the tellers and they never had answers. There is no APP for online banking and the customer service has been terrible. This bank is geared toward customers who like old fashion banking methods in my opinion. I would never recommend this bank to anyone!
