Noah was extremely helpful with assisting me with filing a claim for my Z Flip 3. He didn't have to, but he walked me through the claim process over the phone and reassured me through the whole process. I will be back when it's time to upgrade my phone.

It is Monday 1.22.24. They opened at 10AM, I showed up at around 10:50 and there were two employees in there. One flashed me something on his hands and continued to wait. Opened the door and said it would be another 10 minutes due to weather??? There were two employees in the building, they were opening1 hour late and said wait 10 minutes?? Tried to call their home office to place a complaint and get a Manager name. Instead I got a call center in the Phillipines with someone who speaks poor English and coult not transfer me to someone in the United States. Really ridiculous and won't be back to that store. Missed a sale, but I realize the average employee could care less.

Horrible !!!!Bought phone battery died in less than 30 min went back and was told had to go to Apple only had phone a week. Poor service misrepresentations. I will be canceling all my services and taking them to court ! Phone gets hot is fire hazard can’t even use it !

Kendrick was super helpful in helping my family switch over our lines. He listened to all of our questions and was very patient with us. I have never had a better experience at another store.

One star is to much. The person who was assisting me was onlytrying to sell the extra insurance coverage. I had to have my order corrected with the sales department with T Mobile.

I'm here to upgrade my phone. I'm asked if I still owe on it. Yep. I'm told I can't upgrade. I ask why not. We then ask if I want to Jump and ask about fees and all that jazz. Yep. We get on my account. See a snafu. I know about said snafu and suggest we call customer care. I've never seen someone not want to work and get a sale. It's a simple snafu that wouldn't eat much of either of our time. I'll call customer care myself and give them the sale I guess.

This is the absolute worst store I have ever set foot in! Went in to get my husband a new phone and the employee who waited on us was RUDE, ARROGANT AND DOWN RIGHT HATEFUL! I have been a tmobile customer for years and this makes want to switch providers. He didn't want to be bothered because a friend or someone came into the store waiting for him. He didn't even want to give me his name but I have his employee number and I will be reporting this not that it will matter! I called him out in the store on his attitude and he was even worse after that. I will continue buying my personal phones elsewhere!

Well after reading below comments, I was not happy first time I entered few months back but;I just went back in to talk about their internet was up and available, meet "Rob", first was very friendly, curious, knowledgable, seemed to know the products well.Purchased the internet unit, the only exception I can say, he asked if I can plug in a cord. Then you can install it. We'll it was a fatal mistake, in today world younger generation probably is true but not mine. I'm not of the computer generation some luck failed, kept asking for a number I could not find.So called store said call tech dept. Johnathon I called tech help their were very nice but no help, couldn't help at all and no idea of where I should go now. So call my go to company on computers.He came over and $95. Later had it fixed and running great. He also assisted in connecting computers, printer, phones and TV electronics.It's operating simply great,and three times faster than Hughes net.I only have issue that Tmobile should have someone trained in their equipment and products as support, telephone service on product issues don't work and does give me serious heartburn, we are just getting fiber optics in our neighborhood so we'll see if TMobile steps up to the plate for customer service or not.

Will only help you if opening a new line of service using the highest level phones they sell. Existing customers will receive no help. My phone broke and they refused to sell me any level phone to be able to use my monthly service- TMO customer of 15+ years. As soon as they determine they cant make a commission off you all focus is on getting you out the door. They told me to go to Walmart, or go online. They wont sell phones in person unless starting a new line will all accessories.

Kendrick was a humongous help. We bought a phone out of state and wanted to return it. Unfortunately we didn’t have the physical receipt in hand. Kendrick not only helped us retrieve the receipt from customer service, but he took the time to work with the customer service representative and direct them to the information needed on our behalf.With Kendrick’s help, the return process was much easier than the actual purchase process. Thanks again Kendrick for all of your help!!!
