“The vibe is right at 40k. The staff are helpful and genuinely care about the customer. They are there to get the customer set up with the best ride for them, not just the most expensive. Steve allowed me to pick his brain for well over an hour after I had explained that I wasn't there to purchase anything. After more research, I determined what was best for me and returned to 40k because I trusted their staff. Mike got me scheduled for a fitting with short notice and spent well over an hour, making sure my bike was just right. I am sure there are other good bike shops in St Louis, but 40k will continue to receive my business, thanks to a knowledgeable and genuine staff.”

“Purchased a Horizon7 treadmill from Johnson Facility in 0’Fallon, Mo. , this past week. Dan M, store manager, was friendly, knowledgeable about the machine and thoroughly answered any questions or concerns I had. At time of purchase he verified availability locally of a treadmill. He informed me a nearby warehouse had 3 in stock. He made a phone call to the warehouse/ delivery folks who were unavailable at that time. He said he “ thought” it was possible to have it delivered and assembled within a week but said he or someone from the warehouse would be in touch with me by day’s end. I received a call from warehouse folks later that day and was pleasantly surprised that they could deliver n set it up in two days- they asked me about my availability and delivery spot was made. From Dan’s involvement to the warehouse person(Larry, I think his name was) to the two guys who delivered and set it up - my experience with local site was expedient, professional, courteous, direct, honest and terrific! Whatever experience others have had or thought they had, mine was 5 star all the way. I’m generally not so effusive of services these days but Dan n all involved were top notch!”

“I have a 20 year old True treadmill that was showing an E5 sensor failure. I submitted a request and received prompt feedback. After replacing the speed sensor and not resolving the problem I contacted the technical support team via phone.Marsha reviewed the case and thought it appropriate to engage a 30 year company veteran, Joe. They walked me through additional troubleshooting via Face Time and isolated the problem as a failed lower control board.Two days later the board arrived and with some additional phone/Face Time support I was able to replace the board and calibrate the treadmill.Outstanding customer support by this team....20 years later!”

I came in with my two young children to get some cardinals gear for their first cardinals game, Tom was so nice and stop to chat with us about it. He was getting them so excited for the game.
