So I’ve been coming here for 3 years. Today I sign in on the app. App says your appointment is in 28 minutes. I show up at 26 minutes and signed in. Sometimes have to wait 5 minutes which is fine. My name is on the board says I have to wait an additional 18 minutes. Had the app told me 46 minutes from the beginning I would have showed up at the appropriate time. In my opinion from a customers perspective is with the app I don’t have to wait around for my appointment. I left, I will find somewhere else to get a haircut.

Very hit or miss on stylists. Only have ever had two stylists from this location who know what they’re doing and one doesn’t even work there anymore.Lady who cut my hair says she’s been doing it for decades but could not cut a fade to save her life. Clearly didn’t know what she was doing and took over an hour turning a requested medium fade into a high, almost a near military high and tight. I would have rather her told me she didn’t know or wasn’t comfortable doing fades so I just would’ve stuck with my last cut. The line and fade is disgusting and grossly uneven. Easily one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. Im embarrassed to not wear my hat.She wasn’t personable and made me feel bad about my haircut even though she is the only one to blame for how long it took. I don’t think she mainly works at that store.Sport clips haircuts keep getting more expensive for average or slightly below average quality.

Always have the best haircut and service ever from the store manager at this location!! Very personable, polite, caring and does it right every time! She’s always glad to see me come in. Once you find a true professional, you definitely stay with them. I request her every time, and her waiting list defines how good she really is! Never again.The store manager just happened to cut my hair. (Hard part, bald fade). Guys make sure if u do get a cut from here to check the back of ur hair as well. This lady knew what she was doing. I’ve been going to this person for a while now. It is usually great and I always tip…..Well today I happened to request my usual. A hard-part, bald fade. I trusted her enough to do a wonderful job which is what brings my business back. Ehh not today the moment I sat in the chair one of her employees next to us started to entice an argument about the coffee I had. Saying that it was, “horrible” and “trash” and her Starbucks was so much better than my coffee as if her opinion really mattered to me. Like okay what ever who cares though. As long as I get a good hair cut as usual right?….Wrong…I continued on with getting my haircut. Once it was finished, I saw what it looked like from side to side as well as the front. I felt like it looked perfect, but I gave this lady the trust thinking that the back was just as good. Let’s just say my judgment was wrong. I walk out giving a tip and feeling satisfied, but by the time I got home. And actually looked at the back of my hair. It is completely chopped unfaded and uneven. Again, this is the store manager we’re talking about. I feel as if it was done on purpose because I know how good of a job she can do but, yet lacked there of when it came to the only part I can’t see.This will be the last time they receive my business and/or recommendations.
